I first contacted Cole’s miller in 2021 after many other solicitors turned down my case. After a long and often challenging Dental negligence case I’m incredibly grateful to have finally reached a successful settlement thanks to my solicitor (David Simpson) and their team.

I recently dealt with Coles Miller's Poole office in relation to the preparation of my Will. Although I found face-to-face contact was good and professional, email communication was somewhat slow and unreliable. Some attention to detail was also lacking - I asked (via email) for an error in the draft will to be corrected on two occasions and when I visited the office to sign the Will, found that the error had still not been corrected. I had previously used Coles Miller for conveyancing and to draft an earlier Will, when the service was excellent. Unfortunately, the service was rather disappointing this time.

Ruth and her team (Connor & Jacob) were excellent to deal with during my recent house move. Prompt to deal with things and no hesitation in recommending them.

Roger, Adele and the team at Poole dealt with our conveyancing. They made it straight forward, guiding us through all the paperwork and keeping us up to date with the process.
