We have used Coles Miller in the past. Their service is generally very good, but on this occasion we were let down by the lack of communication between their permanent staff and their holiday cover solicitors, which lost us a few weeks in the process.

The service for my simultaneous sale and purchase provided by my conveyancing solicitor Lianne Clenton Bray was above all expectations. Her knowledge, helpfulness and efficiency has been fantastic. She really is a conveyancing solicitor that knows her job, she is completely trustworthy and just makes you feel at ease. My husband and I chose Coles Miller to act as our solicitor for our first home purchase. What can I say? Except that Coles Miller have been absolutely exceptional their service has been so professional. They are very quick to respond to emails, phone calls. They also deal with everything in a very timely manner Lianne who we were dealing with was just absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond with everything we needed. The whole team are just amazing.

Apauling customer service attitude, I initially sent an enquiry as they advertise the services I required. I actually got through to signing paperwork on engaging them . From that point the solicitors attitude was shocking. Dare I the customer expect an email not answered one day and my follow up next day not answered to be asking to much ?
I was bluntly told they were working on the previous two days emails so I was asking a bit much in demanding ? Same day answer . The ridiculous thing was I only wanted to bring paperwork and required id in lol god help you with this company !

Booked an appointment with a solicitor at Coles Miller at Wimborne in October 2025 and we were seen by Julie Morgan. The practice is excellent, professional, reasonable and very helpful and kind staff.

I used the Poole Branch for probate on my deceased Mothers property. The whole process was handled very well, I was informed on costs throughout and I was included in all communication. My initial Meeting with Steve Peck was great and the service received by Antonia Chan was excellent, I wish Antonia every success with her future career.
