I recently accepted £215,000 compensation from Coles Miller, for a Negligence Claim, I started against them, about two years ago.

I only accepted this small amount, because at the age of nearly eighty, I couldn't envisage myself living long enough to benefit from litigation.

The claim was in respect of my late Brother's Estate.
Coles Miller were contracted, in early 2021, to handle the Estate on my behalf.

Coles Miller's handling of the Estate was appalling.

There were several changes of solicitor handling the estate.
I was asked, on more than one occasion, to supply information I had provided weeks earlier.
That and the fact that no one, at Coles Miller, seemed to have done anything on the case for six months, resulted in Grant of Probate taking over 14 months

COVID19 was the problem, apparently.

The knock on effect was that Coles Miller, negligently, managed to lose the Estate a huge amount of money.

Hiring Coles Miller was a monumental mistake on my part and has given me nothing but anxiety for the past 4 years.
