I dealt with the firm in two simultaneous capacities: both as a leaseholder extending the lease for my own property, and as a Director (now resigned) of the freeholder. Their work in securing 999-year lease extensions for a large residential complex, encompassing over 370 potential properties in the North East, was truly exceptional. The team demonstrated an exemplary commitment to this demanding project, consistently going the extra mile and showing enormous patience when responding to numerous detailed enquiries from residents. This was especially commendable given the sheer scale of the administrative task, with approximately 140 leasehold properties simultaneously proceeding with their extensions.

Furthermore, in my specific case, they delivered a remarkable level of personalised service by successfully expediting my lease registration application on compassionate grounds due to a health condition and disability. They achieved this despite the reason not being one of the standard criteria listed on the HM Land Registry website for fast-tracking.
