I can't complain—I received a replacement right away after the package was sent to the wrong address. The customer service was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. You couldn't ask for more.

This is really a great firm. They have been so very helpful in finding the right color and had no problem correcting a mistake I probably made by sending a new 'touch up paint kit'. The kit is very complete and contains all products you need for a small paint repair together with a step by step manual . The color is really on the spot! They know their business thats for sure!

I had trouble tracking down a specific blue for my 2013 transit connect which is a former fleet vehicle so the colour would be a special order (Wessex water blue), Color N Drive were the only company who could offer a match. Pilar from customer service helped me pre and post order and arranged a swift replacement for the initial order which was the wrong colour but the company completely redeemed themselves with a replacement within a couple of days. Overall I’m very satisfied

Mein Paket ging bei UPS verloren und ich bekam nach Nachforschung durch Color N Drive mein Geld zurück erstattet. Nach ein paar Tagen tauchte mein Paket bei UPS auf und wurde mir zugestellt.
Auf meine Nachfrage bei Color N Drive, wohin ich den bereits erstatteten Kaufpreis nun überweisen soll, folgte die Nachricht, daß sei nicht nötig, Bewertung reicht aus. Der Kundenservice hätte meiner Meinung nach mindestens 10 Sterne verdient. Ich habe bei euch nicht zum letzten Mal bestellt 👍

Ich musste mich leider wegen eines beschädigten Fläschsens im bestellten Lackreparaturset am 12.3. an den Kundendienst wenden und um Ersatz bitten. Die Antwort kam umgehend und der Ersatz bereits heute am 16.3. obwohl ein Wochenende dazwischen lag. Ersetzt wurde nicht nur die Reinigungsflüssigkeit sondern das gesamte Reparaturset. Das nenne ich kundenfreundlichen Service und Kulanz verbunden mit einer hervorragenden Logistig!
