This company is atrocious i bought the intamcy pillow and when received it it literally squished under my weight for £37.99 and the suppose reviews I bought it as I have a knee issues and thought it would help me but no and when I have got in touch with the company they basically said I have got the wrong size and there is a bigger size for bigger people yet only one size advertised on there website I feel like they have gaslighted me for my weight and offered only £10 back and keep the cushion yet what am I supposed to do with a cushion that squishes under my weight I recon the reviews are either fake or from slimmer people DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

This company is pure fraud .. please do not ignore the bad reviews I would want to believe the good reviews are fake .. after ordering a ged of over £900 they didn’t deliver and after one month I will chat them everyday no response.. no communication nothing they wouldn’t take my calls .. chat them up on a new number asking about a new bed and they replied almost immediately.. that was when I realised I was being defrauded .. I had to contact my bank immediately and get it sorted .. I screenshot their response on the new contact to say oh you replied here but not to me and still no response

Atrocious. Incorrect mattress arrived late and was never collected. Correct mattress never showed up. Had to claim money back from the bank. Owner of the company phoned me to complain that I was complaining, swore at me, said we would 'do this the hard way' and never responded to any contact again, including when I pointed out he was in breach of the Consumer Rights Act.

Also, the owner's surname on the company accounts in Khan. If you look at many of the positive reviews on here, they are also from people with the surname Khan.

I bought a custom super king size bed from this company 5 years ago and it’s still going strong, through kids using it as a trampoline. It still strong and looks good.

SCAMMERS - DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

We ordered a new mattress a month ago. Never received a receipt for it. On 10th January we got a text and a mattress was delivered an hour later. My partner asked if they has delivered the right one as it didn't look like what we ordered. The guys said yes, to check the label and left immediately. We both checked the label, took photos of it and contacted customer service to tell them it was the wrong order. They confirmed it was the wrong product and said they would send someone this weekend to collect.

We were told we would receive an updated receipt on Monday 12th. That was received on Thursday 15th. Since then radio silence.

My partner has messaged them yesterday asking when the pick up slot will be for the incorrect mattress. They've been ignored.

So we've been sent an inferior, incorrect product which we are now expected to store for free until they can be bothered replying and arranging a collection. We've also never been told when we will receive our actual order (if it exists at all) or that we'll be swapping for the correct mattress whenever (if ever) they reply and turn up.

Update from 19 January - after being ignored all weekend when we were told they would be in touch, my partner just received a call where the owner was abusive and swore at my partner. We still have no resolution, the item we ordered or a refund.

Don't waste your time or money with this company. They don't care about their customers or meeting their requirements if you buy from them!

Amazing deal and amazing service. Customer care was excellent. This company is a very good find and highly recommend.

Scammers, avoid, they were due to give me a refund and have gone radio silent ever since. Will be taking legal action against. Please avoid and save yourself the hassle

Response: you did not deliver the tv which a refund is due on. I have contacted you on both emails and chats which you have ignored, I have now logged a dispute with PayPal as you are clearly not competent enough to deal with this. As I said scammers who are playing dumb for some extra cash. Avoid like the plague.

Response 2: Wow now making up lies about being rude. Please let us know why you do not allow photo upload to reviews as I can quite clearly show everyone the proof of emailing and messaging multiple times without response. One of the worst customer service teams I’ve experienced, please read other reviews on this people and avoid. Only after opening up a dispute did their customer service team WhatsApp me and accept the refund stating “shopify did not allow the refund” which contradicts what they are saying here 🤣. Honestly ridiculous

Honestly, I don’t usually leave reviews, but Comfy Sleeps Home deserves the shoutout. I’d been eyeing TV beds for a while but wasn’t impressed with what I was seeing from the big retailers. A friend recommended Comfy Sleeps and from the first message, I could tell this was different.

I ordered a king-size TV bed in silver plush fabric, and it’s easily one of the best purchases I’ve made for my home.
The craftsmanship is next level. It feels solid, looks incredible, and the built-in tech works without a hitch. It’s like having a mini cinema in my bedroom.

The whole process was smooth—great customer service, regular updates, and delivery was faster than I expected. If you’re looking for something luxury without the generic feel, this is the place.

Poor aftersales when parts break they promise to send replacements then don’t bother poor customer service team and poor social media team. Would buy a bed from a better place than this

I got mine last year and now I want 2 more for the other bedrooms.

Bought a bed and cancel the order.thwy called me next day if want it delivered. I said yes, they delivered a bed with different measurements and when I contacted them they told me I cancelled the order and should go to hell.avoid them.

I ordered bed and mattress they send me wrong one and mattress is broken and material is not good when I told them it’s broken they blocked me
Please don’t buy anything things from them

Purchased a dutchess bed and it was absolutely stunning, highly recommend and will definitely be back when decorating the other rooms in the house. 10/10

An amazing experience, big thank you to Adam for the brilliant customer service and a bargain of a bed for £750. The lads came and fitted the bed , left them to it and 20mins later my bedroom looked amazing. Thank you so Much , btw it’s Kevin’s Wife not Kevin haha

My TV bed was delivered within 10 days of purchasing , the communication was brilliant from start to finish , the delivery guys were excellent, kept me informed all the way giving me a 2 hour time slot and calling me around 40mins prior to arriving. The quality is 5* , great bed , amazing customer service, I will definitely be ordering again for the other rooms in my house. Thank you once again for an amazing experience
