very easy website to use

I am very disappointed with my booking experience. The price shown was £115, but I was charged £120.39 including booking and processing fees. The terms also state that cancellations incur a £20 administration fee, while additional airport levy charges of £10 for drop-off and £10 for pick-up are not included.

I believe these additional charges should be made much clearer before customers complete their booking. The advertised price can therefore be misleading, as the final cost is higher and further charges may apply.

I have screenshots and the original booking confirmation showing the advertised amount, the amount paid and the cancellation terms. Customers should carefully check all additional charges and cancellation conditions before booking.

The comparison website was very easy to navigate and provided a range of options with a clear description of each service. Price was also very reasonable. Would not hesitate to use again.

Is misleading,because you pay for the parking and when they sent the email to confirm the booking and the payments,they add £10 each way , I think is just a rip off.never again

I cancelled booking CAP-18-652688 on 2 July 2026 and was told the refund of £62.93 had been processed and would be back in my account within 5–7 working days.

When nothing arrived, I chased again and on 17 July was told once more that the refund had been processed. I followed up yet again and on 29 July received the message: “Refund done.”

As of 10 August, I still have not received the refund and I have not been provided with any transaction reference or proof that the payment was actually returned.

More than five weeks after cancellation, I am still chasing money I was repeatedly told had already been refunded.

The communication has been frustrating and the repeated assurances have not matched what has actually happened. I am now having to consider raising the matter with my card provider.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

We booked Gaps Parking with yourselves.
It was a absolutely joke.
We arrived at the Parking and they were so disorganised.
We had to wait 50 mins before we got a minibus shuttle.
Then they said to call the number once we receive our luggage on arrival.
We tried calling 20 times at least. no answer.
Then we worked our way to where they dropped us off.
Again so disorganised. An elderly lady had been waiting for 1hour 20 minutes to get on the shuttle bus.

We managed to get on after 1 hour 10 mins of waiting.

Once we entered the car park.
There was nobody on reception.
People's carc were block in. They couldn't find our keys or car.

After 1 hour waiting around the found my car along with the keys.

They lost my daughters tesla key card, they never once said they were sorry. They j7st said the card isn't here.
Thank god they could get in with there phones.
They were looking around the car park with there phone lights.

Absolute joke.

PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE JOKERS

We were at the car park for over 2 hours.

This is so unnecessary.

Even 1 star is too much.

It was chaos. People with luggages trying to find there cars.

They had a car with 3 boxes in the boot of a car with everyone's keys in there.

They left people alone with the boot wide open looking for there own car keys.

So unimpressed

On the surface the price looks reasonable, however, be warned that they charge an additional £20 to transfer you to/from the airport. This is not made clear during the booking process but only on the booking confirmation. They say it's on the website, maybe it is, but it's well hidden.

Avoid at all costs unless you like dumping your car in an abandoned car parks. This company is a shambles.. pay the extra knowing your car is safe.

Wait time at the car park was over half an hour for airport transfer. Car park is very basic. Only porta loos as facilities. On return to Gatwick we had to wait over 45 minutes for a pick up. Car was filthy due to poor quality of parking facilities, very poor experience and not good value. Drivers friendly but clearly stressed.

The service I received was bordering on criminal and will certainly be reported as such. I paid a significant fee to have a recently purchased Polestar 4 parked and cared for whilst away for a week. On return the car was caked in filth as if parked in a building site and covered in scratches. As stated I will be reporting this and encouraging any trusting traveller to go nowhere near this company

You are allowing rogue operators at LGW to use your platform to advertise their services.
We were unfortunate to be duped into using one of these providers, who didn’t return our car for 3 hours and threatened me and my family with physical violence, and damaged my car, resulting in police intervention.

not all relevant information is shown before booking. horrible experience. I only found out all relevant information after booking. and when checking directly on the website of the parking. Of course I had to pay a cancellation fee to cancel my booking

A little hard to do but it was my first time but the chat made it easy .

They make you put in your arrival times but these have no relevance to the booking. We got there at 6am and were waiting until around 6:55 for a driver to turn up. Had several calls with them and every time was told 5 minutes or they needed to speak to the driver. You also have to pay for the actual parking where you meet, so it cost around £40 total by the time they turned up. Also, their addresses take you to the wrong place, they take you to quick drop off and not the car park they meet you at.

We had a really awful experience with this parking service for Bristol airport at Stable Cottage in Langford BS40 5EX. The site could only be found using 'what-three-words', Google Maps could not find it despite all the details including postcode being used to search. When we arrived it became clear why: the parking site was down a dirt track and in a yard best described as dodgy. It all seemed very unprofessional. The waiting time for the shuttle was 30 minutes despite us phoning and highlighting that we were running late due to Google Maps directing us to a site 35 minutes away. The attendant was clearly overwhelmed and there was no toilet on site. We ended up having to drive to the airport ourselves to not miss bag drop off and then parking there at additional expense.

Quick and easy online service, good choice of providers

Didn’t turn up on time. Had to leave the car otherwise would’ve missed the flight. 0/10, now have to spend £140 on parking the car in short stay. Mega out of pocket, would not recommend to anyone

Awful. I was kept waiting 40 minutes at 3am to get my car despite calling them at baggage as advised and keeping them up to date with my journey. I was travelling with young children. To top it off I found the key card to my Tesla rammed into the cup holder so it’s now bent and misshapen. I’m beyond disappointed with this and now have an expense to pay to get a new key card. My car was also filthy on return. DO NOT BOOK

Cheaper than others but definitely won't be booking with them again - two damage to the car, very slow drop off and pick up, highly incompetent verbal communication skills.

Dropping the car off was not a problem very efficient but when we called to get pick up after our holiday I was told the driver would be outside waiting for us. I then recieved a call to say the driver was waiting but got to the pick up point to find no transport to take myself and my party back to the car. We called back but no one answered ether phone which I found annoying but what made it worse was we’d waited over an hour after the first initial call but two people beside us were waiting for the same people to pick them up and they’d been waiting over an hour and a half for they’re pick up. This is not the way too treat your customers while we were waiting several different transport companies had made several round trips while we just waited for one. Safe to say we will not be using this service again. Also the car park was on a farm dirt track so our luggage was dirty before the trip. Not good.
