I had to wait an hour for my car to be brought out to me. I flew from Edinburgh with a carry on only bag so didn't need to go through passport control or collect any luggage hence I was quite quick. There was also a delay due to some kind of roadwroks that should really have been factored in. I also didn't get a full receipt for the booking making it difficult to claim back on expenses.

Hidden charges which were not made clear until after booking was made “£13 each way fee payable at airport” when the booking was made, so final cost price offered was incorrect and misleading.

I had the worst ever experience with this company. When i was dropping the car off, i had to wait 30 minutes for the driver. I made 16 calls!!! to the number provided on the booking, and just couldn't get through. The driver finally appeared and he didn't give me any papers to sign. It all seamed quite unprofessional.
The worst part was when I was picking up the car on my return. I messaged them 2.5h before my arrival, to give them heads up that my flight is on time. Then I called them when I landed. They said that the driver should be there in 30-40 minutes.
45 minutes later, no driver, so i called again and again and another 38 times!!! for someone to answer the call. They kept saying another 15-20 minutes, and another 15-20 minutes, and it ended up being two hours waiting! I wasn't the only one waiting two hours for my car. there were other 4 people in the same position as me.

The office said that they are little busy. I said that if they are meet and greet, and charge people money for that service, they should organise themselves better.

So a few days passed, and i received a letter from MAG London Stansted Airport, with a parking fine in it!!!! The fine was for the parking on the day when I was abroad and my car was in a possession of this company.

These guys are super dodgy! Stay away from them !

This company is absolutely disgraceful and completely untrustworthy. The moment we showed interest in booking, they rushed to call us and pushed us into making a payment through a random link, which should have been the first red flag.

Within three days, it became obvious that something was seriously wrong, so we canceled our booking (March 17 to March 20, 2026). Since then, getting a refund has been a complete nightmare. Endless calls, multiple emails, and not a single proper response. Just silence.

It has been an unacceptable delay with zero accountability. No customer service, no transparency, no professionalism. They take your money and then disappear.

I just want to know why did you guys drive my car for around 10-15 miles. Normally within a car park, car is normally driven for less than 1 mile.

First time using this company and will be the last. Waited too long for vehicle collection on drop off and collection.
Clearly states 30 mins call before but waited 50 mins on both.

This company is a SCAM they did not show up at all after a 2 hour wait We had to pay £25 to get out of car park, charged by Gatwick airport £20 for going around twice (1min) and had to pay £130 for long term parking or we would have missed our flight even though we were there in plenty of time. They are not a answering my calls

Cancelled my trip and parking and was told 14 days for a refund . And either not answering e mails or saying they cant check . Disgusting customer service . Avoid at all costs .

I paid for meet and greet parking then received a phone call from the guy meeting me saying they hadn’t paid him

easy process to book

DO NOT USE!!!! We waited 2 hours to have our car returned to us. The controller was rude and blocked my husbands number. They keep telling you the car will be dropped in 20 minutes. Several others around us had exactly the same problems!

Very user friendly, quick and efficient

Do not touch. Had to cancel booking at last minute in February. Contract says free cancellation, still no refund from them despite chasing emails. If they can’t pay refunds I wouldn’t trust them with a car.

The guy on the phone needs to go get another job he’s so rude and the experience leaves you frustrated and anxious. Do better.

It was so easy to do online. And a good price.

They are in no hurry to take your car and no in a hurry to deliver the car to the owner too. 1hr of waiting in the cold. Worst experience ever. Never again with this company.
