My wife has utilized the Pro Series…

My wife has utilized the Pro Series Cuisinart cookware for years. The stainless steel finish and durability is a great value and extremely functional. The 2 quart sauce pan had developed pitting that appeared very unusual as none of the other products had suffered the same condition. I contacted Cuisinart Warranty Dept. a division of Conair and send pictures and the appropriate identifiers as requested. Today I recieved another correspondence noting that they are sending out a replacement and no charge. This is quality customer service and a commitment to excellence. When a company stands behind their product just as Conair Cuisinart does, it speaks volumes for quality, commitment and customer satisfaction. Great products and value!

I am happy with this product.

I am very happy with my purchase of the Conair Infiniti Pro Salon Styler.

Likes:

1) This hair dryer is red, my favorite color.
2) This hair dryer is a 1875 Watt rating and puts out a lot of power.
3) It comes with 3 heat settings - Cool, Warm, Hot.
4) It comes with a Low and High speed.
5) It has a blue cold button.
6) It has an unbelievable 4 year warranty.
7) Comes with a concentrator.

Dislikes: None

I highly recommend this hair dryer to others.

Trash

Piece of garbage. My curler doesn’t curl. It just leaves crinks in my hair. Cant get my hair to look decent until it’s singed. Hate this thing. Waste of my money.

Biohazard

Conair or Cusinart produce products with a lot silicone on them that could be poisonous! When are about it Representative wanted me to sign something! Why am I signing anything because your products could be dangerous?!?

Great customer service, but very long wait

I had an issue with my InfinitiPro Conair styler (model BC193C) — one of the attachments stopped staying in place. I registered my product on the Conair warranty website and reached out to their support team with photos and a video.

It took almost three months before I finally received my replacement, but once the process moved forward, everything was handled very smoothly. The Conair team sent me a brand-new styler and provided instructions for returning the old one.

Even though the waiting time was long, I truly appreciate that Conair stood behind their warranty and resolved my issue properly. The product works great, and I’m satisfied with how things turned out in the end.

Conair clothes steamer dont last

This is the 2nd conair steamer I bought in the past 2 years. Both tunes they started leaking at the bottom. Im founf to but another steamer but it definitely wont be conair. Conair is no longer a top quality brand. Im very disgusted at $120 each and hardly used i feel ripped off.

Conair Rechargeable Fabric Shaver

I was excited about the idea of a rechargeable fabric shaver and have always had positive experiences with ConAir products. So, while traveling in Singapore, I bought one. I used it for the first time there, but when I got back home to Germany and tried to charge it, it spent the whole night charging and still didn't work in the morning.
I've been trying to get it to work since the beginning of March.
Now, I need to dispose of it, and I hate throwing away electronics, especially new ones.
Very disappointed!

Once Sean became involved it was resolved immediately. He is a consummate professional, completely closes loops, and does what he says. Thank you for retaining a customer, Sean!

My daughter bought a Conair

My daughter bought a Conair, the wand which goes from1'to 1/2'. it literally exploded in her hand and I sent the picks to them. The response was, we need a receipt and the wand that blew up. How many of you keep your receipts for these? Please don't let your young girls use these, as they are HIGHLY FLAMABLE, and they DO OT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!! I am unable to attach the pic of my daughters burnt hand, but was able to use as my profile pic, make your own decision. Just letting you know, they don't even deserve 1 star

Best service ever had from anywhere.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, scales I owned had sadly failed connecting to phone app so I made contact with Conair. They was a few years old, and I couldn’t find proof of purchase. so initially I was expecting to pay to get them repaired. After sending a couple of photos to them, I was able to send them back for inspection. a couple of days after, I received an email to say could not be repaired, and did not have that model any more, so would send £50 (the RRP) to cover the cost of them. Was not expecting this so was absolutely amazed! Going out to purchase a new set shortly, and 100% will only be from Conair. Special thank you to Inka and Steph for the exceptional service!!

I communicated by email as requested on…

I communicated by email as requested on the website, including several high resolution images. After several days I sent the email again marked "second send".

The response was to request that I send images. So I sent them again.

Their response was that they couldn't enlarge the images to see the model numbers etc (this could be done with any standard image viewed. So, I enlarged the images for them and sent the email a third time.

To add to the confusion, the phone number provided in the email signature block, goes to Cuisinart Customer service, who knows NOTHING about the inquiry.

worst customer service

I would give a zero if I could. I bought a scale that only worked 1 1/2 years. I contacted the company and asked if they would be willing to replace it as I have never had a scale last for such a short time. I provided all of the information they might need, my address, proof of purchase, model number. On day 7 they contacted me and asked for my address. 7 days after that (14 days from original request) they asked for proof of purchase. 7 days after that (21 days after original request) they asked for a photo of the back of the scale for the model number. All of this information had been provided in my original request. Coming up to week 4 now and still no replacement scale. Horrible customer service. I will not buy anything from Conair again.

registering a product ? Nope.

so I bought a handheld steamer which works ok but when you try to register it for warranties or whatever, all the "simple instructions" or steps are worthless. You take the time to try to do it and the registration process(obviously at the end) where it asks for model number, it won't take whatsoever. I checked the box and the product itself and after inputting it 3 times, no go. tried to contact them and again a major to do. A small complaint but worthy I think. They need to spend a little time on customer service and all the other things that paying customers may be exposed to. Be safe out there.

Prompt answer to phone call

Prompt answer to phone call. Advisor very helpful. Immediate e mail asking for required images of my product. Response next day informing me replacement would be sent within 7 days. I was already impressed. Replacement has just arrived 3 days after initial contact. Excellent customer service. Thank you Phillippa and others.

Brilliant Service!

Wow, amazing and unbelievable service. I purchased a set of scales at least 18months ago. Always worked fine until when the battery needed replacing, I couldnt get the little screw out to open the slot where the battery goes. It obviously been put in by machine or something, it just wouldnt turn. I had no receipt. Contacted Conair, who immediately sent me a prepaid label. a few days later i had an email apologising that they were unable to repair but were sending me a new set! Not only that but they informed me that the new scales have a 15 year guarantee! this was all done and dusted within the space of about a week, no quibble or asking me to dig around for old receipt or bank statement. Fabulous! Not used to getting this type of excellent service these days, thanks so much, amazing!

I’m placing 2 reviews on Trustpilot for this, as Cuisinart UK seems to be part of the Conair group (I received emails from both), and they both deserve praise for the help they gave me.

I’ve owned a Cuisinart Grill / Griddle for 3 years and found it good in all respects. A few weeks ago a front control knob became detached, possibly due to damage and could not be refixed. I failed to find a replacement and so emailed Cuisinart UK to see if they could sell me a part or advise where I could obtain one. They emailed straight back pointing out that as it was less than 5 years old it was still under warranty and that I could print out a prepaid label to send it back to them to be examined.

I posted it back on a Friday, and the following Tuesday received an email saying the problem was covered under warranty, they could not repair it and that the model was no longer available. They offered to replace it with the latest model and even extend the existing warranty for an extra 6 months. Needless to say, I accepted and the new appliance was received the next day.

I can only describe this service as outstanding and I wish that all companies I deal with worked to these high standards.

Particular thanks to Louis and Sandra in the Customer Service Team who answered all emails promptly and made sure I had a replacement as quickly as possible.

Well done Cuisinart!

Cuisinart rubbish

What a terrible company it trades as cuisinart and has a culture of non repair and throw away it’s expensive and offers a so called warranty of 3/5 years but won’t honour them unless you have POP most are gifts at weddings as so expensive my grill / griddle broke a day ago the central control knob just fell off but no cover from them and said I need to buy another a small discount offered
