Connecting Threads Opiniões 

I called Connecting Threads on Friday about my order, was told it was being shipped and if I did not receive my order by Tuesday to call back and they would expedite my order! Called Tuesday, but they are out of the quilt kit I ordered. They were sorry but cannot send me something they don't have. They should have sent me a new order on Friday when they had kits. I am very disappointed with the way they handled this. Customer service is not on your side. Side steps any problem and says it is not their problem, that they shipped it out, check with you if you did not receive your order. You should have paid for shipping!!!! My order sat in Atlanta for 13 days.

Great products and great prices, but they hold you hostage to pay shipping to receive your order in a timely manner. The shipping company they use sends your order to Atlanta , GA., then just lets it sit there for 7-10 days. My order was sent there on 11-8-21 and it is still sitting there waiting to be delivered. This is bad for business

While I miss having a local quilt shop I am glad to have Connecting Threads to satisfy my quilt shopping needs. They offer great quality fabric and fantastic customer service.

Great customer service. When my order seemed lost in lala land, they quickly replaced the order and I had it 2 days later.

I always get exactly what I order in a reasonable amount of time. The fabric is always of very good quality and they have kits at much better prices that some other companies. I use the thread too and it’s excellent. Also every once in awhile they have really good sales on batting. I just love getting these things delivered right to my door.

Connecting Threads always delivers my orders very quickly. They have great products, great sales on books, and very friendly customer service if you ever have to call. I love the fact that I can now get Moda fabrics through Connecting Threads!

I have been extremely disappointed with the delivery of my ordered material on October 22,2021. It was shipped the 23 of October, it is now Nov.18. I kept checking the tracking & each time it said En Route. So I telephoned to you, Connecting Threads & spoke with Karen last Friday Nov, 12 to report this huge delay. So she said it looked like nothing was moving!! So she said she’d send it out again… today I still haven’t received my material. Maybe you should consider changing your delivery company? I deal with another company further away & receive it within a week. Unfortunate situation however it won’t stop me from ordering again. It’s more for you to know about this. Cheers

Excellent customer service! I love the pins I ordered, and was able to get help from customer service regarding the discount code that was applicable to my order.

My neighbour and I really like your fabric and prices. This time it only took just over 2 weeks to ship to Canada. Our one wish is that fabric would be cut straight with an extra couple of inches to compensate for the crooked cuts. When we straighten the fabric and square it up, there is barely and sometimes less than the amount we ordered.

I absolutely love Connecting Threads! Their selection of fabrics...especially reproduction fabrics is awesome. I also know I can count on them for any other quilting supplies I might need. When I received my most recent order I saw that I was missing two rolls of batting and gave them a call. The person on the other end was able to track down the problem and presto! The two missing rolls of batting were on their way. I knew there wouldn't be any problem! Definitely recommend Connecting Threads to anyone needing quilting supplies or fabric. Thanks!
