I've always had good service.
I've always had good service with Connecting Threads. I recently placed a very large order for thread online. I checked my order before I hit the last button to place the order because it did involve both polyester and cotton and in many different colors. When it arrived there were 5 cones in one of the colors and I had only ordered 4. The invoice showed I had ordered 5 instead of 4. I called to see if I had been charged for this extra cone. I had been but the person I talked with didn't suggest I had ordered incorrectly and promptly credited my card for the price of the extra cone and told me just to keep it. She was very personable during the interaction.
