Excellent customer service
We have purchased many items of furniture from Cookes and have always had excellent customer service. We recently had a problem with our purchase but Elaine handled it in an exemplary manner and resolved the issue without any inconvenience to us.

Prompt & Efficient
Salesperson Joanna was very efficient in arranging a prompt delivery for an ex display Parker Knoll Settee & Chair .
I ordered it on 13 May and it was delivered on the morning of 15 May by Alex & James, who were polite and took much care in removing my old Settee & Chair and putting the new ones in place.

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service from the delivery guys from cookes furniture. Andy and Joe delivered our king size matress with great patience and professionalism, there was a point i didn't think it would get up the stairs as we have a low part but with great care,they eventually got it up and into the bedroom. I was in awe at how they managed it. Joe was super polite and curtious whilst you could tell Andy had years of experience behind him. Both great,would recommend and use again. Thankyou so much

Very good experience
Sue was very helpful knowledgable but not pushy.
Good selection of stock to try out also helps very much.
Only gripe was on price. Could have purchased elsewhere at same or slightly cheaper but the other factors mentioned above did sway us towards Cookes.
Well done very good customer service.
Yet to experience delivery, hope as good as purchase process.

Cooks is an old established company…
Cooks is an old established company with a good reputation.
We came here to purchase a rug, the staff were very helpful and they even had a book of all the rugs that were available even if not on show in the store.
The ordering process was very easy and simple and the whole thing from start to finish was excellent.
