Cool 365 were very quick to respond to my initial inquiry and I was able to speak with the engineer before he arrived to speed up the process on arrival. The engineer, Shane, was great. Despite not being able to resolve the issue in the first visit (through not fault of his own), he was clearly knowledgable and offered several options to resolve the issue with my air conditioning problem.

Quick and Great Customer Service

Cool365 are great! We decided to use this company to see how it would go to see if they could sort some ongoing issues with our aircon units - they completed this in two days and the cost was lower than our usual supplier which is a bonus!

Very happy we used them and will carry on working with them this year for sure!
