This is a complaint about staff member…
This is a complaint about staff member 'Lisa' who works at cooplands branch at 52 Whitefriargate, Hull HU1 2HP.
I was casually looking at products in the shop and there was only me and someone else being served in front of me,
lisa then asked "was i in the que" very directly to which i replied "yes im second" to which she then quite abruptly and in a very nasty tone, "im serving someone!"
sadly i find there was no reason for the abrupt tone of voice, there was only 2 people in the shop to be served so she knew where i was. I also never tryed to be served by her either
i find it just rude and not of adequate customer service, there is just no need for it, not just within a shop environment but in life in general, i understand people are having bad days but i'm not a punch bag for anyone and dont expect to be treated in this manner in a bakery.
If you are not able to treat other humans with respect then you shouldn't be in this position
Cooplands has lost a customer in me
