I have been parking at Cophall Park & Ride (Gatwick) for many years and their service from booking through to retrieving my car after the holiday has been exemplary every time. Not forgetting they are without doubt one of the most competitive companies for holiday parking while still delivering an excellent service to their customer. I found the price competitive. I had difficulty paying by my card because each time I went to confirm the purchase on my app, when I went back to the Cophall website my booking details had disappeared. I had to log in on another device to make it work

I haven't used the park yet, but I was disappointed and unsure if this is legal. The website offers a 10% discount, but in reality, when you apply the promotion code, the prices end up being more expensive than without it! I ended up buying without the code, but honestly, the company shouldn't do this! I have a record showing that! If this is a bug you should test carefully such functionalities!

Dropping the car off was straightforward,and the bus to the south terminal left immediately - even tho' there was just us two on it. Return instructions were clear and straightforward. However, after a short wait for the bus on our return, collecting the car was a different matter. On a boiling hot day, when we'd been up since 3.30 a.m, and just wanted to get on our homeward journey, firstly they couldn't find the wallet with our paperwork and key in, then it seemed they couldn't find the car, then I was told it might be blocked in, and they were also behind due to staff shortages, and they'd had lots of electric cars with flat batteries b'cos of the hot weather, and then they'd found the car, but still couldn't find the key. We were offered a glass of water from their machine - except there were no cups, and a search out the back coudn't find any! Finally, a more thorough search of the plastic crate where the key wallet should have been, revealed in fact it was there all along! More excuses and a half hearted apology forthcame, then we finally got on our way, after a delay of about 45mins, from recollection. This may all have been a one-off failure, but I think I'll probably use one of their many competitors next time we fly from Gatwick..

My first time driving to Gatwick and my friend recommended Cophall park and ride and I’m so glad she did. Easy to find and handing keys to receptionist was quick and easy there was already a coach waiting for us to get on. On return I was told to call the number provided to advise of my arrival however this went to answerphone so I was worried that I might have a long wait to collect my car. I needn’t of worried as coach arrived at pick up point and my car was waiting for me in the car park. I would definitely use again and will be recommending them to friends and family. Stress free
