Upon speaking to you on the phone today, to ask if there was an issue, supporting a 4 star review, i am saddened that you just don't feel like giving anyone top marks, even when they provide an excellent service. It is disappointing to say the least, that full marks aren't given just because you don't feel like giving anyone praise, where praise is deserved and earned.
As a small family run business we pride ourselves in providing 5 star service and our team of office staff, drivers as well as waste handlers work tirelessly not only to provide an efficient service to our customers, but also looking after the environment by reducing our impact and diverting waste away from landfill.
