Price was extremely good
Price was extremely good, but had a problem them picking it up up as they said that I hadn’t requested a same day pick drop and pick up, we eventually sorted it out, but overall price was very good

Thank you for your review, Handy. I am not sure i understand the issue mentioned? I have just checked your order which had an open collection date, meaning you would advise us when the skip was full and ready to be collected. As per our t&c it can take us up to 48 hours to collect as it has to be planned into the workload. We don't offer same day delivery and collection as this wouldn't allow enough time to process the paperwork. Which would have been explained on the phone. Im glad you were happy with the service you recieved tho, altho I am unsure which information was unclear?
I would love to know more so that we can ensure such misunderstanding doesn't happen in the future.

Quick online booking no hassle
I do like the quick delivery and polite service from the delivery drivers.
I was found to have been missing led on pick up times this time and when I called to confirm the lady in the office was abit rude over the phone. But I will keep using as I book online anyway. Thankyou drivers

Dear Laura,
Thank you for your review. We are pleased you find our drivers polite. And I am sorry if you found me rude on the phone on Friday. Unfortunately driver overstepped his position and has promised you a collection on saturday, without consulting the office. You originally booked your collection on Monday (today, which was already completed this morning)
I simply stated that the drivers have no power to manage our workload other than deliver and collect skips. If we were to allow them managing our routes as they see fit, our service would become un-manageable and all over the place. Hence, why i said he should have not promised something he has no control of, however being rude was not my intention, so I do apologies if this is how you perceived me.
Deliveries and Collections are always either booked online (managed by office staff) or over the phone. We then distribute the work to the drivers, based on our schedule which has always been the case.
I have spoken to the driver on Friday, after our telephone conversation and have reminded him to let customers know, that it is not in his power to arrange any deliveries or collections of skips and that all orders must go through the correct channels.
I am however pleased that you were happy with the service you received from us, and i hope that my response via your review explains our process a bit better.
