I had seen a lovely round extendable dining table online. I visited your Godalming store to see the table in real life. Your assistant Trish met us at the store and showed us to the table. She was helpful and knowledgable. The carried various chairs from other displays to show how they looked with the table. She demonstrated the easy extendable feature. I must say that I was lucky to be helped by Trish. She was charming and helped me to decide on this table. I put in an order with full confidence in your products.

We were made welcome as soon as we stepped into the shop. We also had a dog with us and it was confirmed that this was not an issue - water and treats were provided ( for the dog!)
We were directed to the area required, given information and made a purchase.

Great kitchen island delivered promptly and helpfully by Nick and Bilal.

We were served by an Irish lady, I believe Lisa and she was unbelievable rude, probably the worst customer service I've received in a long time. We love Cotswold company and have purchased a quite a lot from them, this is the first bad experience. When we went to the till she said "you need to wait as I'm in the middle of more important work" about 3 min later we were served. Whole manner was just rude. Such a shame to have this service in such a beautiful shop.

Quality and service is excellent

James in the Godalming branch was really helpful. I have visited the Godalming branch on many occasion and have purchased furniture there before. When I viewed the recent sale on line, I immediately contacted the Godalming branch and spoke to James to place the order with him. Ordering online is not ideal for me, but ordering through a branch that I know was extremely helpful.
