The is the third time we have bought furnitures from COSTWOLD Company. We found the furnitures are extremely well made and is good value for money. The packaging are very safe and secured. Good customers communication and support. Highly recommended.

Kept us well informed of delivery times . The delivery guys Morgan &Nick kept us updated with times of delivery and were very efficient and helpful. Very pleased with the quality of the furniture we purchased.

Tony and Ian delivered and assembled my new wardrobe today and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were so pleasant, incredibly helpful, and completed the work to a brilliant standard. They made the whole experience easy and stress‑free — a real credit to the company.

The lady that served me was very informative and did not rush me in my choice of furniture. Both the lady and all staff in the shop were very nice and in-fact it was such a very nice and pleasant experience and I would most definitely recommend the the beautiful Godalming shop to friends and family.

I recently visited the Bath store where I spoke with a number of staff, they were all very welcoming and happy to help. The customer service overall was excellent, I would absolutely recommend the store to friends- the staff made me feel right at home!
I would especially like to mention Lily who offered me some really good advice. I was struggling to decide which sofa and armchairs to choose for my front room, she was patient, professional and very knowledgeable.

Both Kyle M and Matt S put together a wardrobe in about 20 mins including getting the parts upstairs to the final location. Helpful, professional and courteous these 2 Cotswold Company employees were a great credit to their Company. We would have them back anytime!

We have visited the shop first as we were after country / cottage style furniture for our hallway. Then I have ordered online. Four stars because our first order had to be cancelled due to delivery issues on one item mean everything else will be delayed. With that in mind, we put a second order and all went well on that one. Nicely packed, very good quality furniture. Happy with the products and will purchase again.

Visited the Godalming store today. Was so impressed by how friendly and helpful all the staff are. Everyone had big smiles and were enthusiastic to help, a lovely vibe. Came out with some gorgeous soft furnishings and am super grateful for the interiors ideas…looks fabulous. Lovely stock generally. Made me want to shop in store more.
