Ordered a bed and some bedside tables, and was impressed by the quality and the service. Shop staff were friendly, the quality of the items is good and where assembly was needed it was straightforward, and Graeme and Siu-pai did a good job of getting a large bed frame up some narrow stairs (and very politely took their shoes off while doing so, which was much appreciated!)

Very friendly service from the gentleman in the Stow-on-the-Wold store, rang ahead to check they’d got the items we wanted to view, and made our order there and then - being sure to pay for delivery to an upstairs room. We were given a delivery date and the items arrived very quickly, all the packaging taken away, Very happy with the look and quality. About to make another purchase with them to update another room. Lovely store in a beautiful location, lots of stock, worth a visit.

I had gone in at the weekend to look at the beds. It was our first bed that we have bought together and so it was very important decision. After looking online in detail as well we decided on the super king ottoman Churchill bed. Online when I had look a few days the bed was £100 cheaper. But it was no longer in the August sale. I asked if there was any discount for blue light card or local people. But no. I asked to pay part cash (money from our wedding) and part card (as it was now more money than I expected) and was told he would prefer card.

Excellent customer service at Stow store

After visiting the store a couple of weeks ago we decided to return an order instore rather on the online because the staff was so helpful. They were really knowledgeable and talked us through the whole process of delivery and options as we were little worried because we’re waiting on exchange for our house so nothing was set in stone yet.
Jo in the stow on the wold store was excellent.

The products and delivery were very good.
Unfortunately we discovered two chairs with serious cracks on the inside of the feet (not immediately apparent). On the plus side they were replaced fairly promptly without any argument but it does suggest their quality control leaves something to be desired. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars!

Gary & Jake were very polite & helpful. They explained what they were going to do clearly, assembled & placed the larder & wardrobe exactly where we wanted them and then explained what we had to do to attach the knobs.

Beautiful store and helpful and friendly staff.

Saffron was very helpful and answered all our questions. Made the whole experience a pleasure and was quite happy to place an order with her. It's nice to go into a shop and feel welcome with staff that are willing to help. Will defiantly be going back when we need to purchase other products.

Ordered a TV stand which was delivered a week later. Delivery men asked whether we wanted in the box or out of it. We chose the latter and they took the empty box with them.

We are delighted with our new bedroom furniture for the spare room. Excellent quality and great service from the Stow on the Wold branch.
Delivery service was also second to none. The drivers were very polite and nothing was too much trouble.

Graeme and Jordan were efficient and friendly. They assembled the furniture quickly, checked it carefully and gave me some useful advice.
