Dress was identical to what site showed. Very pretty

Insane return policy for any legit store.
Be careful returns are store credit only, something, at least in their stores, they neglect to mention!!!

Mail order "may be the same" i dont know, but pretty sh* tty to find this out after you've purchased and no warning from cashier OR a sign.

Terrible company- Very, very dishonest. Ordered a dress, received & it was too small. Attempted within 4 hours of receiving to return or exchange. They refused to allow either. It wasn’t on sale, it wasn’t a final sale & no where did it say it was not returnable. Then they offered a 10% rebate. I said yes since that was all I was going to get from them. Then they came back & said “if there is a 1-star review”, they will retract the rebate offer. There are lots of poor reviews online & on social media. Seems many people have had similar experience with them. Deceptive business practices.

Customer service was friendly and helpful. Dress is gorgeous!

Beautiful dress

I ordered with a coupon code that showed valid right up to the point before submitting the order. It reflected a lower price (including the coupon), however, when I hit Pay the coupon went away and I was charged for the full amount.

I immediately called the company and was told they would forward to another department. I requested either they honor the code or cancel the order. Mind you, this was within their 4 hour cancellation policy.

I never received a cancellation email and they charged me in full.

Great experience had the dress within a week and a half no issues at all!

I ordered a dress for my daughter. After receiving it she decided she didn’t like it. We promptly requested a return and shipped it back. Couture Candy worked with us to return the item and we agreed upon a 15% restocking fee and then refund to the original payment method. This was satisfactory for both of us.

The dresses I found on CoutureCandy.com are simply beautiful. The one I purchased was exactly as pictured, excellent quality, very reasonably priced and came very quickly. I am so glad to have found CoutureCandy!

I needed to change the address of my delivery and Customer Service were very easy to deal with.

The dress came missing-the clip on the top of the zipper and now the company is not responding-the dresses should be evaluated prior to being sent out so their not sent out broken!

Updated review: I received an email and they will reimburse me for the dress in full.
