I ordered headphones 11/25/22 and received an order confirmation. Christmas came and that’s when I realized I did not receive the headphones. I called many times and left messages and did not get a response. It was disputed, I received credit on my credit card and for some odd reason last week I received a shipping confirmation and the item was received today, 02-21-23, which is almost 3 months later. Something squirley happened with the company and I have no clue what. Regardless, they are good affordable headphones. Thank you Cowin!

Cowin used to be a good company. I bought my first pair of headphones from them back in either 2020 or 2021. Excellent quality and it came with a free warranty that you could increase the duration of if you registered with them. I did that immediately just in case. It was 12-18 months if I remember correctly, and that increased my status to a VIP member. They sent me emails for discounts and promotional offers and support was good if I had any questions.

Then my earpads started peeling from wear and tear, as most headphones do. They were understanding of this but said that due to Covid their production has slowed down, and just sent me a brand new pair instead. I was shocked by this but accepted it, and the new pair worked great for about another year. They also let me renew my warranty, so when the same problem started happening again (earpads peeling), I contacted them again. This was in December. They did the same and honored their warranty, sent me a brand new pair, however these pair I've had problems with.

The problems in question being low battery life, I can barely keep these charged for a few hours before they die when my old ones would last a day and a half, sometimes longer. The second issue is that it doesn't stay connected to bluetooth, I often have to disconnect and reconnect just to make them work. Last, the noise canceling option is spotty, and half the time it doesn't work. I'm now looking for replacements because when I tried to message the company about this I've gotten no response. I'm a VIP member still and have been ignored on all of their email addresses.

That leads me to this site, I found here that people were having trouble with receiving their orders period or that they had faulty pairs of headphones. This leads me to believe that the company either started scamming people, or went bankrupt and had scammers take over. One other thing I saw was that on Amazon, a brand named SILENSYS and MOVSSOU are popular, which is also the brands they wanted me to test in their promotional offers (I declined them because I didn't need new headphones at the time). I do not know if these are a branch from Cowin or the same scammers, but be cautious when buying from these people.

Well at least I received my product quickly unlike some. I wasn't happy with them and have tried for a week to return them but haven't gotten any reply. Wish I'd had Trust pilot reviews before i bought. After re-checking Cowins website reviews they are obviously fake. Installed trust pilot extension to hopefully avoid bad sellers in the future. :(

The headphones were fine but the model was too big for me so I wanted to return them. I emailed and no one ever responded. I then filled out their return slip per the instructions, emailed again, and sent the package (still have the receipt from USPS). This company is a scam, do not buy from them. A quick google search yielded a ton of reviews with similar experiences. I realized something was off when I went to copy down the address and it is posted as an image (rather than text you can highlight) and does not even include the name of the city they're located in. Get headphones elsewhere or plan on complaining to the better business bureau like I am.

Scammers.

I ordered a pair of wireless earphones that never arrived. Took my money. No shipping updates, no dispatch, no tracking numbers, no replies to emails, calls, social media, nothing. If you check their socials you will see hundreds of people commenting asking where their products are.

I feel like an idiot for not doing more research, but I’d had a pair of their headphones in 2019 which were great. My guess is the company went bust, but the parasites are still taking payments

Just don’t do it. I’m trying to get my money back from my card company but I’ve accepted the money is probably lost.

Like everyone else my headphones never arrived, no one answers emails. My daughter paid with her own money. We were scammed

I ordered a pair of headphones from the website on 12/18/2022. They were delivered on 12/26/2022. The color is more a teal than an emerald but are otherwise exactly as described. I was nervous because I didn’t get an email that said “your order shipped” and the tracking info didn’t populate on my order status. Turns out that they were delivered without an issue.

I've ordered a pair of headphones and paid extra for expedited shipping. I got a confirmation email and money cam off my card but headphones are still not shipped 2 weeks later. I then read all the reviews on trustpilot.com and realized that this company has gone out of business and is still scamming people.

The absolute Scammers :order the E 7 headphones for my daughter as a birthday gift. Never arrived, never answered to my emails, or messages . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Thanks to PayPal manage to get my money back. FIY COWIN : just finished my reports for you as Scammers on Google, kaspersky, Facebook.

I ordered 5 pairs of the new "updated" E7 headphones. Four as gifts and one pair for myself. I have an older model I bought off Amazon when they sold them. I will say that shipping was fast and everything arrived. However with that said, the first box and only box I opened which was for myself showed a used pair of headphones. Ear wax and crap on the ear piece. Scratches all over the outside. The company claims to have a live chat feed, yet it's no where to be found. Same as other users, the emails and calls go unanswered. It's apparent as to WHY Amazon no longer allows them to be sold off their platform. Customer service is garbage and it's really sad. They tale advantage of people, take their money, ship boggus equipment and then never return any calls or emails. Sucker is born every minute and apparently I was that sucker this time around. Fack you Cowin. Karma will get you.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ORDERED HEADPHONES, the color was off. I have sent several emails to exchange. All have gone unanswered. You been warned, do not buy from this website. A complete scam!

Great product but absolutely awful customer experience. I bought a pair of headphones that arrived and worked as expected. However, they don't fit me right and were uncomfortable so I wanted to return.

Good luck. I've tried emails, the refund form, phone calls, and anything else I can think of to no avail. Seems like this company only creates products while everything else is sham. I'm completely done with Cowin.

Never buy or trust Cowinaudio.
It's a fraud company that will only take your money and never send your order.

Never buy from this site. I was naive and found their website to be trustworthy with their (fake) reviews on the site. I ordered a headset in September, 2 months ago, and have heard nothing, other than an order confirmation Email. All attempts at contacting the company has failed. This is clearly a scam. The website is continuesly being updated with new offers and models, though there is no real company behind it.

Do not buy anything from cowin! I've been charged almost $100 to my credit card and nothing has arrived. Multiple emails and calls later and I can't get hold of them.
It's a shame because we already have some E7 headphones that are really good, hence why we decided to buy again.

This company is a total scam! While I did actually receive my headphones, the microphone was not working and I immediately tried contacting the company for a refund or exchange. Emails went unanswered, no online chat or phone available to try and get in touch with a real person. I even paid to have these shipped back and included the refund request form with my emails backing up that I did try to reach out to request refund within 30 days and still no response. No refund, not even exchange. NOTHING! I learned the hard way this company is a total scam.

Absolutely do not buy from Cowin. I bought from them without checking reviews on here since I’d heard that their headphone quality is good for a good price. Absolute mistake. I’m not sure if the website was good previously or if the people with good reviews I’d heard had bought theirs from amazon, but the website now is terrible. They don’t give any sort of delivery date when ordering. They give links to two tracking apps, both of which just say that they’ll give you updates when Cowin gives them to the apps. It has been three weeks now and nothing. The headphones never arrived, and they don’t reply to any emails. A waste of £50, especially since I cannot get my money back since I bought them through a debit card. A total scam.

I placed an order with them 9th of September and my order remains unfulfilled and tried to contact them through email and nothing. I don't know how long to wait it out until i request a refund through PayPal. I've just seen a review aswell saying that they are a scam so I'm quite worried now as they are expensive!!

Wanted to replace a set of Cowin headphones with their latest. As last ones were v good. But hell was unleashed by using Cowins “official” website. Great to order, but you try contacting them! No answer on phone or emails. Completely ignored. Units never arrived. Lucky I bought through PayPal. So got money back. Lesson is simple. Don’t buy from Cowin. Service sucks. Bunch of fraudsters or have gone bust but site still active. Black hole for money and no chance of getting your product. Don’t even consider Cowin ever!!!
