Great store great people and always a great deal many thanks see you again soon for a 560 .👍

Had an item that broke, Crawfords contacted the manufacturer, whom honoured the warranty, the very next day the replacement was delivered.
After care service was superb, very impressed and super pleased with the service.

I bought something from Crawford's a few days ago. I accidentally ordered the wrong item and had to contact them for corrections. The staff in both departments I talked to were courteous and extremely supportive. The issue was resolved promptly, and my package arrived the following day. I wholeheartedly endorse Crawford's to everyone. Their service is impeccable.

I just wanted to give Crawfords a big up on the warranty with Minelab detectors. Brought a Minelab metal detector off another company and had a warranty issue with a search head. Crawfords were on it and within 3 days I had a new head. And this was over the Christmas period. Well done and thank you

Five star service I am delighted that the headphones had been replaced so quickly. Top service.

Bought an XP detector from crawfords.arrived fast nxt day.

Had abit of confusion with an order I had placed. Scott who I spoke to on WhatsApp was a great help and Wendy who I spoke to over the phone really helped sort it all out. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I would recommend Crawfords to anyone. Thanks for the prompt service and polite messages

Brought an Evolution pro cut T the other month. Fantastic spade strongest around.
If used correctly only a fool could bend it.
Great shop and staff especially Joe.

Just had my second order from Crawford's and what a service! both times the items have been well packaged and delivered next day by dpd.

I purchased from Crawford's early this week. I made a mistake when ordering and had to call them to get it rectified. I found both departments I spoke to were polite and very helpful. Everything was sorted out quickly and my order turned up the next day. I would definitely recommend Crawford's to anyone and everyone. Faultless service.

Bought an Evolution Pro Cut T, which failed just past the triangle weld after only 2 uses. Clearly a design/manufacturing defect. Check metaldetectingforum.co.uk...this spade is known to look as if its built like a tank but fold like butter.

The manufacturer, as expected, blames all failures on customer misuse. & Crawfords will just fob you off to them and refuse to acknowledge any blame for misrepresenting this tool as "the highest quality metal detecting spade on the market. Designed by detectorists for detectorists. A heavy duty pro spade, designed to withstand the toughest ground and cope with the rigours of metal detecting".

Avoid.

I decided to order a Minelab Equinox 800 as I felt I needed an upgrade from my trusty Minelab Safari. I spoke to a very polite lady on Wed to see if this was the right decision and she said yes so I ordered it. I got it Thurs evening (NE Scotland!) What service! Furthermore, needed advice about wireless module and Joe advised me (I'm not very hi-tech!) Lastly, for the price you paid for this machine was exceptional (15" coil included) and the little finds box, brush & spray bottle also. Nice touch Crawfords and well done again.

Visited the new Crawfords showroom and was warmly welcomed.
The attention to detail and help given and advise proffered were of a very high standard. Everything about the eperience was First Class.
On a personal level - like to thank Joe for his help, thanks.

Excellent service. I was not after a metal detector for a hobby but because the trashy people who owned my land previously had burned and buried all kinds of dangerous metal on our horses' field and we had only just discovered it. I called Crawfords and explained to a very polite, helpful and knowledgable woman my problem and she gave me two MD options. The package arrived less than 24 hours later. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

Helpful, reliable service with fast delivery. Returning customer and highly recommended

I had a problem with one broken coil & another that was fracturing where the shaft meets the coil. I firstly emailed telling them of the problem. They quickly confirmed they were under warranty and I sent them back to them on the Wednesday BOOM by Friday I received two new coils delivered by DHL. Really impressed with the service. 👍
