Had a letter saying that I have an outstanding debt on a loan. I have never taken out a loan in my life. After 10s of emails I finally got a response saying legal action will be taken against me. I have reported this company to the appropriate organisations. I also did a freedom of information request (FOI) on the company whos "loan" I took out asking who they have shared my information with. They came back and said that they have not shared it with this company. Guess I’ll wait for a court letter to come through the door...hahah. Don't pay a penny to these scammers. Only ever pay a debt collection agency if you get a CCJ through your door. Please read about that on other trusted websites.

Recieved a parking eye . Parking fine🤣🤣 I rang CST LAW . Not even a law firm🤣🤣 they're tin pot debt collectors🤣🤣 they asked for my wifes phone number obviously for security reasons..they dont have my wifes phone number . They never have.. this was a complete lie from the start.. previously I had ask for photographic evidence of the driver. Turns out I was my late mother driving the car. Contacted them online explained the the driver has been dead for over a year . They're still sending letters🤣🤣

I tried to contact them six times regarding a debt. I also left 4 voicemails. They stated that if you left a voicemail they would call you back and the account would be on hold. They did not do any of this. And sent the account back to the original company stating that they had exhausted all means of contacting me. They didn't even call. They sent one letter. Absolutely disgusted. Staff just lie to customers. Worse company ive even had to deal with. Needs to be shut down. The fact that law is in your company name is a joke because clearly you've never read any law.

I have just received a bill for a huge amount of money that I can not pay. I do not owe this bill and I have never received any correspondences from anyone regarding this. This is a fictious bill and I am really scared. I have been researching this company ever since the letter dropped yesterday. I cant believe they can do this in the UK with no evidence. I am in desperate need of help, how can I be sent a bill with no previous bills with a made up sum of money. I am terrified of what this company could do to me, please help. How can you say you fight against fake reviews when mine is real. I think the only way forward is legal action. You have not even shown me any evidence the bill is mine. I am filing a complaint with the FCA . You are bulling the vunerable and the weak YOU HAVE NOT EVEN CHECKED THE FACTS OF MY CASE. I don't think i will be here to even type a second review or an update, I can not handle it no more. I won't be here anymore.

I have received a number of letters from this company regarding an unpaid parking fine for another person (who I do not know and who has never lived at my address) and a vehicle that is not mine. I am concerned that they will escalate the action if I ignore it. I have called several times and left messages but no one ever picks up the phone. When I tried to fill in the form last week it did not recognise the reference I gave.

On two occasions I've spoken with staff at the call centre, I've spoken to Sharon and today Carol. They were amazing! I can't speak highly enough. They were lovely, helpful and non judgemental. They certainly put the effort in to help me... Thank you so much ladies

So now received letter demanding payment from CTS Law which is a branch of Credit Style Ltd. they are kindly offering us a 50% discount as a limited time offer on money we dont even owe, even tho we spoke to credit style to confirm we had proof we owe no money, they were still asking us to pay during that conversation.
I assume some people do pay up just to get them off their backs. Wont be us tho, see you in Court !!

Had a parking fine but we knew the company we were at had emailed through to say we were there,
Email was resent and we had no reply or correspondence so we thought it was dealt with.
September this year we received a fine for £170, for non payment of parking fine from CST LAW, as past emails were not available we phoned them and was told we had to pay, to save stress we did via bank transfer.
A few weeks later re received a refund from CST LAW for £170, we called them and she offered us a different account number to pay through which we refused as there was no explanation as to why this was refunded.
Fast forward to yesterday we have now received another fine for non payment of the original fine plus court costs, we have tried to phone CST but no answer on the phone.
Anyway CST hopefully you are reading this, we have proof we paid it, we have proof you refunded it, we have proof we contacted you, so we will see you in court.

Please have nothing to do with these people give them no money they threatened us wth court for a debt we paid months ago they are scammers beware

Have been impossible to deal with. Chased me over a debt to People's Energy which was based on wrong figures, so sent them evidence of the correct figures. Which they logged and ignored for the next 12 months when it reactivated and they chased me again. Then basically told me I was lying or never bothered to reply to any correspondence. A nightmare that's still ongoing.

Credit Style contacted me regarding a supposed outstanding figure for an electricity bill. They have been sending all manner of letters and phoning etc.
The issue here is that Bristol Energy admitted they were in the wrong and promised they would sort the issue, this was regarding the metering over charging me and even using up all my accumulated credit in the summer when my PV was working!!! They did not, and then went bust, now to top it off have sold misinformation to this bunch.

I received a email regarding an outstanding bill with Bristol Energy that went bust, i was sent the bill, which i could not deny as this was a couple of years ago and could not remember my final bill. The lady who contacted me seemed above board etc and I agreed to pay £50 a month as i could not afford to pay the bill in full. So, today I paid my £50 and a received a message saying that I was unable to receive confirmation of the payment ( screenshot this message ). Emailed the lady who originally dealt with me, the email has been blocked ! So, I have contacted Credit Style regarding receipt and blocked email, I will not be making further payments. I do not understand how this company is allowed to exist

Credit Style starting sending fictitious bills out for Gas and Electric to my, now sadly passed away, parents property.
We had been through the compliants dept of British Gas who took over the Bristol Energy (or Together Energy) accounts when they went bust and they were very helpful making sure the energy was creditted up to the day the house was sold. The meter readings were Gas: 9665
Electric: 20252.9 We thank Carrera Whittle in British Gas Complaints for sorting the credits out.
Credit Style then sent bills (from Bristol Energy) up to meter readings of Gas 9395 and Electric 18883 which obviously fall well inside the readings that have been creditted by British Gas.. All this is happening 12 months after the house was sold. How the bills even got to me as they have the wrong address and post code!!! They are scum bags at best.

I am taking Credit Style Ltd to Court next month, early August. I had a spurious debt, which the company refused to deal with and just ignored me. I am trying to make a case that if a company (debt agency) ignores those that refute debts of any size, say beyond three times, then this should be seen as harassment.

If people wish to show support then maybe I should open up a group somehow. Let me know.

These people seem to have obtained a copy of the records of all Bristol Energy customers at the time they ceased trading and are duplicating demands for payments of final accounts, whether or not they have previously been settled. This matter was earlier handled by Credit Resource Solutions and records of payments to them seem not to have been reconciled against final accounts.

The company appears to be scamming people with fake final bills from now defunct energy companies. On closer inspection and after speaking to my current provider. I didn’t not in fact owe any money. I’ve tried to contact Credit style but they do not respond. They’re more than happy to leave you with a threatening letter and payment details, I feel sorry for anyone who has fallen for this and paid them

I moved addresses and informed eon next to forward me the last bill to my new address but they failed to do so. During the house move I completely forgot about it. Couple years later a CCJ appears on my credit history absolutely ruining my life.
Eon had not sent me the last bill, or did so to my old address and then hired this company to collect the funds and failed to give them my current address so all letterss went to the old address.
I contacted them to have the CCJ removed. Been 7+ months and even though they’ve admitted their client had made a mistake by not informing them of my current address they still have NOT removed the CCJ off my credit history.
My life has been ruined, i missed out on good mortgage rates and now cannot buy a property.

Would give them negative stars. They owe us money not the other way around but they are not cooperative!?!?
