I have tried to call the customer…
I have tried to call the customer service line to cancel and always says number is not in service. A few times when it has answered it says please wait than hangs up. I’m being scammed here and they keep taking $25 a month and I can’t get it cancelled. Everything they offer is free in Credit Karma and Borrowell.
I have tried to cancel this a few times and then even today the person that I finally got through to who did help me cancel it kept trying to offer me more of a discount. With the information on the service I was not happy I sent numerous messages through the account in order to cancel, and it never happened and I kept getting charged. I will be watching closely to make sure it is fully cancelled as I have not paid for service for a couple months that I did not want.

I did the 7 day trial , then tried to cancel but no replies Didn’t even get the $25! Now I’m getting charged $1 here $1 there. I went and signed up at PMF verify and lo and behold it’s Cverify and I’ve been charged $1 no where does it say I’m going to be charged at all!!!! REFUND!!!!!

Absolutely terrible support and impossible to cancel.
I've been trying to cancel mine and my wife's accounts before the 7 day trial ends and I've been unable to get anyone on the phone. Next step will be to report my charges as fraudulent to our credit card companies if I can't get a hold of them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
With the conversion rate on my credit card they charged me twice 1.39$ and twice 40.94$ the same day (December 13th) from both CREDITV.ORG and CREDITVERI.COM.
I was able to reach someone at 866-899-3175 on December 15th . I was ok to pay one time fee of 1.39$ for my mistake but wanted a reimbursement for the 40.94$ for the subscription that I didn't want. First they told me that they can only cancel my subscription with no reimbursement. After discussion I wa able to have at least the double charge reimburse...(with no explanation why they charged double) . They say when I paid the 1.39$ it was for a 7 day free trial before being automatically enrolled in a subscription and being charged an monthly fee of 39$ ... this advertisement must have been purposely written very small for them to collect/steal an easy 40$ from customer.

I used this company to get my credit report. It was a good thing I checked here about it being a $1 membership fee with automatic renewal for a higher price. I went to cancel my membership, YOU CAN'T DO IT ONLINE. It tells you to call the toll free number 1-866-899-3175, IT DOES NOT WORK. "The number you have reached is not in service..." Can't even cancel the membership. Bunch of scammers.

what started out as I was applying for a payday loan, it takes me to a screen that says I qualify for a loan, and I just need to fill out the remaining info to verify my identity. Stupid me, I fill out the info, which I have done this before so I'm not thinking it's a scam until after I fill out the info and it states "thank you for subscribing" then I check my bank account and of course they are charging me for a service that I don't want, nor do I need as I get free credit reports and alerts. Scamming spammers. Now I have to have my banking info changed and an unnecessary trip to the bank and sitting on the phone for over an hour now just to get this nonsense cleared up. Please read the feedbacks first, wish I had of.

I cancelled my subscription on Aug 3. I received an email confirming this. I continued to get charged through November. When I called they say they only cancelled one subscription in August however, I only signed up for one thing. These scammers just want to keep your money DO NOT USE!!!!

Total scam !! I’ve called multiple times , each time I waited close to 45 minutes . I tried to cancel my free trial. the first time I was hung up on once I said I wanted to cancel, the second time the girl begged me to stay with them and she will extend my free trial after a hassle she finally said it will be cancelled and she will refund me! I also have written confirmation it was cancelled and I would be refunded ! I noticed a week later this scam company did not follow through and cancel my trial , and to top it off they charged my card ANOTHER 34.95! So I called a third time , explained my situation, the guy couldn’t even keep his story straight! First I was told it was a free trial I never cancelled, then he told me no I did cancel but They automatically charge anyways, I asked where it was written to see the fine print and why do I have a written confirmation email saying the free trial was cancelled and will be refunded, he stumbled on his words even more, so I finally asked if this was even a legit company because this seems real sketch! He once again stumbled, and Told me it was a third party , there is nothing he can do about it, nobody else I can talk to, no management , just him. Seeing as they charged my card twice and I after three calls it was still not cancelled! I told him I was going to have to notify my credit card company , and he hung up! Surprise surprise! So here we are , after all this bs and my card is still not cancelled! Looks like im left with no option but to report it and cancel my card! Absolutely ridiculous ! Oh! And they changed their website and their fine print trying to add that this was an automatic charge!! I also noted the terrible, unprofessional grammar on their website! This is a fly by night scam!
