Duftnote nicht lang anhaltend !
Nach einer Reklamation wurde mir umgehend der Betrag und das Porto wieder gutgeschrieben.
Der Kundenservice war bestens und es wurde spätestens nach einem Tag auf meine Anliegen reagiert.
Leider ist die Haltbarkeit des Duftes des Parfüms Absolu Aventus nicht lange anhaltend.
Für solch ein teures Parfüm sehr unverständlich.
Der Duft ist einmalig , aber würde das Parfüm nicht noch einmal zu diesem Preis kaufen wollen.

I love their perfumes.. customer support, not so much.
I love their perfumes. Unique and high quality. However, I got a 250ml Spice & Wood as an anniversary gift a couple of years ago. This is an almost £900 flacon. Very exclusive, and expected to last you many years. Unfortunately I accidentally dropped the class cap on the floor, breaking it in the process. I have tried to get a replacement cap from Creed, and a local distributor, but they are simply not interested in helping me. So now I have my perfume in cheap decants from Temu instead. Very dissappointing customer support.

Creed is by far, the best perfume brand out there. From the quality of the scents to the history of making perfumes to royalty and celebrities. Creed is my absolute favourite perfume brand, and of course their service is great.

Online shop is a nightmare
Ordered some samples for EUR 45 online. Delivery delayed. Informed the company on the homepage that I do not want delivery, you get a bot or a brainless person. Then delivery and I ask for refund instructions. Just more bots talking rubbish. one week of correspondence and the company would simply not provide return instructions. Ended up taking the box to a shop and returning it, no refund of course. NEVER AGAIN

Great scent but disappointing quality & customer service
I bought bottles of Creed Aventus over time and while the fragrance smells amazing, I've been really disappointed with evaporation issues from the bottles. For a premium - priced aftershave, you expect much better quality and longevity. What's made it worse is the customer service. I contacted Creed regarding the issue and either received what felt like a generic response or no proper reply at all. Very disappointing considering how expensive these products are.
