No matter what creed store or counter…
No matter what creed store or counter I've been to the staff are always unbelievably rude. The worst ones I've experienced are the creed staff at flannels meadowhall you earn minimum wage! Why are you so rude? Disgusting. I emailed creed about this but still the same staff are there being rude to customers! Do creed purposely train their staff to be like this? I won't even mention the fragrances! All terrible reformulations & not worth it anymore.

Kundenservice passt nicht zur Marke
Ich hatte bereits ein Creed-Parfüm gekauft und war vom Duft begeistert. Gerade deshalb wollte ich weitere Düfte der Marke kennenlernen und habe mehrere Proben bestellt.
Umso größer ist meine Enttäuschung über das gesamte Einkaufserlebnis.
Beim Bestellvorgang auf dem iPhone war für mich nicht ausreichend erkennbar, dass das „Creed Inspiration Kit“ ein Damen-Probenset ist. Ich wollte Herrendüfte testen und habe deshalb versehentlich das falsche Set bestellt.
Als ich den Fehler bemerkte, erwartete ich bei einer Luxusmarke einen kundenorientierten und unkomplizierten Service. Stattdessen erhielt ich eine kategorische Ablehnung meiner Bitte um Kulanz. Die Kommunikation wirkte auf mich wenig professionell, die E-Mails waren teilweise in sprachlich schwachem Deutsch verfasst und entsprachen für mich keinesfalls dem Niveau, das ich mit einer Premium-Marke verbinde.
Besonders irritierend fand ich die Retourenabwicklung. Die Ware kommt aus Polen, die Retoure muss auf eigene Kosten nach Polen geschickt werden und für einen Warenwert von lediglich 45 € hätte ich zusätzlich rund 15 € Versandkosten tragen müssen. Das steht für mich in keinem Verhältnis.
Hinzu kommt, dass zahlreiche andere Kunden öffentlich von Problemen bei Retouren berichten. Ob diese Berichte zutreffen, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Sie haben jedoch mein Vertrauen in die Abwicklung nicht gestärkt. Am Ende hatte ich das Gefühl, zwischen dem Verlust von 45 € Warenwert oder dem Risiko einer kostspieligen Rücksendung wählen zu müssen.
Die Düfte von Creed mögen hervorragend sein. Das Kundenerlebnis dahinter war es für mich leider nicht. Gerade bei einer Marke, die für Exklusivität, Luxus und höchste Ansprüche stehen möchte, hätte ich deutlich mehr Serviceorientierung erwartet.
Schade. Eigentlich wollte ich weitere Creed-Düfte entdecken. Nach dieser Erfahrung werde ich künftig andere Marken bevorzugen.
