Excellent Customer Service
I had a great experience with The House of Creed. The customer care team was extremely professional, polite, and helpful throughout our communication. As a gesture of goodwill, they kindly arranged an Aventus sample for me so I could experience the fragrance before committing to a full bottle, which I really appreciated.
The process was smooth, personal, and reflected the high standards Creed is known for. Truly excellent service from start to finish.

Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with Creed Fragrances UK. My order was not delivered on time, despite paying for next day delivery. To make matters worse, the replacement order also failed to arrive within the promised timeframe.
Only part of my original order was delivered. When I contacted customer service to report this, I was told the missing item was not in stock. I was never informed of this beforehand, nor did I receive any email or notification explaining the issue. This lack of communication completely ruined what was meant to be a Christmas gift.
The situation could have been handled far better with basic transparency and accountability, but instead it was left to me to chase and deal with the fallout. Very sad and frustrating experience from a brand like Creed. I will be sharing this experience on social media as well.

I’ve been using Aventus for a while now…
I’ve been using Aventus for a while now and I am sorely disappointed with my latest purchases. I ran out of the Aventus Cologne and Aventus original recently so bought new bottles at a cost of £600 for both. The quality is so poor now. There’s little projection, my Aventus original smells strongly of alcohol and the Aventus Cologne only lasts a few short hours whereas previously it would last all day. I still had some of the old bottle left so I was able to smell the difference and it was starkly different. It’s an absolute waste of money now.

Finger weg !!!!! Werben damit wenn man sich ein Probeset bestellt, das man auf die nächste Bestellung 45 Euro Preisnachlass bekommt. Code funktioniert nicht und Kundenservice vertröstet einen nur mit Email schreiben. Und man bekommt nach Wochen keine Email mehr zurück. Fühle mich verascht. Aber so geht es ja nicht nur mir, sondern auch anderen laut Bewertungen unten drunter.

I ordered some gifts for my wife and the following day there was an offer of a free scented candle (£105) where a customer spent in excess of £300. Rather deflated I e-mailed Customer Service asking if I could avail myself of the offer and within a short time they responded positively and no sooner had I selected my gift, it was dispatched without hesitation. Avoid
I paid £330 for a bottle of creed and next day delivery. This was ordered before the cut off for next day delivery but there was no delivery next day and not even a dispatch confirmation email.
Now, I have tried to email creed customer service and my emails just bounce back as undelivered as the address on their website does not work.
If you have to buy Creed, buy in a store. I would recommend against buying on their website direct.

Very disappointed. I ordered 4 boxes of creed sample fragrances as stocking fillers. 2 of the boxes came unopened and packaged tightly in sleeves and 2 were open without sleeves so jus be aware of this.

Poor Quality Creed Aventus from John Lewis
My wife bought Creed Aventus parfum from John Lewis ( Brent Cross branch ) as a surprise gift for me.
The smell would not last more than an hour or so !!
Totally shocked at the quality of fragrances John Lewis offers as this was my second bad experience in a year.
Best is to avoid John Lewis to save your money !

Absolut schlechter Support. Sie sagen Produkt zurücksenden, ich schick es an die EXAKT gleiche Adresse welche mir gesagt wird -> Sendung wird bei der Annahme abgelehnt und Support antwortet mit Texten wie „sobald es da ist, kriegen sie ja ihr Geld zurück“. Einfach nur sprachlos. Überlege rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten.

I ordered two bottles of Aventus, with complimentary inscription, as Christmas presents for my sons. They arrived very promptly the following day. However, I was very disappointed that they were both contained within one presentation box, meaning one of my sons will have a nicely presented gift and the other will not.
