Very helpful and informative sales agent (Megs?). Had the right balance and wasn't too "hard sell" in her approach. Quality of the homes and finish was high and good location just North of Hereford city.

Fantastic service
We were interested in buying in Faversham and visited Crest Nicholson Crown Meadows site we had excellent advice and assistance from firstly Megan and then again from Hayley although we didn’t buy their assistance and advice really helped sell our home and I am truly grateful for their expertise

House buying with Crest Nicholson
My wife and I are both 65+ and this really is our first house move. We have no experience of this journey at all . What I can say is Crest Nicholson and the team have been brilliant. I would like to single out Elyse Turton our sales executive at Ludlow Green , she has been absolutely brilliant to say the least. Elyse has empathy , caring , understanding and very knowledgeable . Things became stressful at one point and Elyse rose to the occasion and sorted things out very professionally. I could not praise Elyse enough nothing is too much trouble

My first encounter with Crest Nicholson
After going online and requesting information on properties of interest. Crest Nicholson Sales Office for the development contacted me offerng a viewing. This was conducted in a courteous professional manner with all questions answered. I have bought several new houses over the years but this is the first time looking at Crest Nicholson Homes. My initial impressions were very good with the professionalism of the staff and house design.

Not moving on with the times. Houses sqm are much smaller . No whete near as large as the house we purchased 17 years ago.

Freya and Katrina at cringleford heights were both excellent, very helpful and informative, knew what was going on and kept me informed. They made the purchase process very easy. The quality and range of the options and flexibility to set things up how I want was great, and the standard of the house looks brilliant. Very happy.

NEWLANDS PLACE- DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY NEWLANDS PLACE ARBORFIELD.
Absolutely the worst company to buy a house from. I was promised after the terrible experience I had with my last home, on snagging that it would not be the same again post sale.
5 months down the line and they have been diabolical again.
The fact we got left with no usable shower in the house for 5 months as well as left with huge holes in our ceiling after a leak for months. Which they cut the hole, fixed the leak then wouldn’t respond to us, to come back and fix it. That is just 2 of the problems we have had.
Multiple promises from the site manager and directors they will fix the issues.. they do one job to keep us happy then ignore us again. Same circle over and over again
28/08 update. Got a response from Helen Morley who is apparently the Customer Service Director, diabolical response. It is just embarrassing. I can confirm- do not buy a Crest home.

I visited Ludlow Green and met Elyse. She was very helpful, polite, friendly and professional. She went out of her way to assist us and to provide information. Elyse is a credit to Crest Nicholson and I hope management will inform her of my review.
