Cricket-hockey is an excellent company. So helpful and friendly when you visit their shop, and quick, good value, and trustworthy when using their website. I don’t go anywhere else for my hockey equipment and always buy more than I planned to. Not because they’re pushy at all but because it’s so great to have somewhere you can actually go and try things out, I appreciate it very much.

Excellent service in store and very friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff. Allowed us time to try sticks out properly and hit a few balls. Great product ranges. My girls and I came away very happy and with a lot of brilliant new kit!

Els customer service was exceptional he went above and beyond in assisting me in buying Adidas shin guards, TK socks, TK stick tape and Adidas Fabela Astros. I have not played hockey for a number of years so needed a lot of assistance in buying these products since I did not know what size I would be. His hockey knowledge was excellent and he really helped me out in easily locating each product. Thanks again for all your help, much appreciated.

Appel au service client avec photos du défaut mais refus d'intervenir en ces termes : "Merci de nous avoir contactés Nous sommes désolés d’apprendre que le capuchon supérieur s’est détaché de votre stick. Bien que cela ne soit pas idéal, nous avons déjà constaté ce cas auparavant — cela se produit généralement lorsque la colle n’a pas complètement pris et s’est La bonne nouvelle est que la réparation est très simple. Vous pouvez facilement refixer le capuchon supérieur avec une petite quantité de colle forte, puis remettre la poignée et le ruban adhésif sur le dessus.

Ce n'est ni normal ni à moi d'y remédier à mes frais: donc attention si vous commandez des sticks de hockey sur ce site ; de plus le prix change au moment de la commande, ils ajoutent 10 € sans autre forme ! »

The website promises delivery within 2–3 days, for which a significant fee is charged.
However, three weeks have now passed and we still haven’t received the order.
Despite this, customer service kept us waiting with repeated promises that the birthday gift would be delivered any moment.
In the end, we cancelled the order.
We are very disappointed.

Great service and prices - my go to store for my hockey gear!

Brilliant company. First time order I accidentally ordered it to collect in store instead of shipping. Managed to get it delivered no hassle after getting in contact with them and was even able to use some of my in store credits to put toward it. Will defo be back.

Exactly what it says on the tin. Excellent service arrived before the date they quoted and the product, a grip for my croquet mallet, recommended by my son who plays hockey, exactly as advertised.

Not happy with their customer service for hockey equipment. Ordered a pair of hockey shoes and received them in good time. Within a few uses the sole broke so I got in touch with them to report it as a faulty product.
During the return I made it clear that I needed a replacement immediately as I had an important hockey match coming up. I even checked their website to see if they had a replacement in stock and let them know that even half a size down would be fine too if needed. All I got was a brief email back instructing me to fill out and print a return form and generate a return code. I did so and returned the package at my local post office. 5 days later (3 considering the weekend) I got an automated email informing me that I had been refunded - not what I asked for and not showing any concern for my situation. Left me to reorder it manually, and ultimately couldn’t participate in the match. In cases like these I would expect the company to make things right by sending a replacement immediately with fast delivery.
The icing on the cake was that I then received another automated email informing me that all the reward points I had received on that order had been removed, despite this issue being their fault - I probably wouldn’t have used them anyway but it sets the tone of a tight company.
Won’t be buying with again as customer experience is important to me and on this occasion they’ve failed.

I recently bought a hockey stick from cricket-hockey shop and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The staff were knowledgeable and helped me pick out the right stick for our Granddaughter. Great selection, fair pricing, and excellent customer service from start to finish. The stick itself is high quality and feels amazing while we had a practice with it. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for hockey gear—I’ll definitely be coming back!
