Poor customer service
Shoes arrived quickly. Was sent two boxes and they wanted me to pay for two returns. Customer service incredibly poor. Unwilling rather than unable to help. Emails ignored and poor telephone communication. Returned all items as they shoes I wanted to keep were £20 cheaper elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback. Our systems only allow for one label to be generated per order, and this is expressed in the T&Cs on our website. You are always welcome to use your own methods of returning parcels rather than our pre-paid label, if this is more cost effective to yourself. Our customer service team are here to help and will always do their best to resolve all queries. All customer queries received via email are responded to within 2 working days.

Gryphon Finnie Stick-Kit Hockey Bag. The hockey bag is great so far, seems good quality, I previously had a Grays hockey bag which fell apart after two seasons so I hope this one lasts longer. It has good spaces for storage of kit, shin pads etc and a water bottle holder on the outside. It has a great range of smaller compartments too, Very good delivery to my workplace.

Quick service, great reasonably priced products. Really helpful and easy returns service when one item I purchased didn’t fit and I requested an exchange. I will definitely use them again.

I didnt expect the return policy was again paying the delivery
Buying was easy, everything arrive but the size was incorrect so i had to send it back, to do these was dificult and expensive, I had to pay the delivery 2 times so what Ive purchased was almost the same price 4 £ delibery to my house and 4£ to send it back, i didnt realize d about these until Ive seen the return policy.
Im not buying again. Very dificult to talk with someone
And still waiting these until Ive confirmation that what Ive send was OK and hope they return the money for what Ive purchased.

We are sorry to hear that you feel it is very difficult to talk with someone. Our Customer Enquiries are contactable via email and phone Mon-Fri 10am-5pm and are happy to answer all customer queries in this time.
Our Returns Policy is also readily available on our website to read before confirming an order with us. And does also state that we aim to process returns within 2 working days of receipt. In line with this, as your return was received by us on Friday we can expect this to be processed by the end of today.

DONT SHOP HERE. This shop has the worst returns policy I’ve ever seen. If you return your parcel in the box it came in they will charge you £5 for ruining the box by sticking the returns label on it. Also I only got half my refund when I’m due a full refund so now I’ve got to spend time contacting customer service to find out where my money has gone. Be careful when buying from here. I’ve had a very bad experience.

You did not return the box in the same condition as we sent it to you in. You stuck your return label to it. We cannot resell items in this condition. Would you be happy for a new customer to receive an item with all of your personal details on it?
We offered you the option to pay for a new box, and you agreed to this. This does not amount to half of a refund. You paid £34.99 for the shoes and have been refunded £26.00; the difference being the £5 box fee that you agreed to and the £3.99 for the return label that you used. Return shipping is not free for us so this is a cost we must pass on to the customer.
It is always advisable to familiarise yourself with a retailer’s Return Policy in advance of making a purchase with them so that you are well informed incase you need to make a return.

Very impressed
Very impressed with the first order so made a second order with DirectHockey. I like how I can choose the delivery carrier and what day to deliver. One was delivered early and the other on time as expected. Had to return 1 item and arranged to be collected from home. Refunded soon after so very happy. Will use again.

Really bad service
Really bad service. I wanted to return a pair of shoes 22 days after I bought them, I sent a request as it is a short return window and have heard nothing back. Note to self always check the return window, 21 days is too short.

Avoid at all costs
Attended local company which has always accomodated walk in's and told click and collect only.
I have then been accused of directing profanities towards a member of staff after being turned away, i never said a word to the memer of staff.
Disgusting after using them since they were a small company on the riverside unit and great customer service compared to what they are now.
Use other companies like one sports
