I bought from Critical Power Supplies because I had a great and very helpful online chat and advice session with Jason which made me buy straight away.
Pricing was competitive and his technical knowledge gave confidence.
Product information was good although would have like to have seen pdf of manual available on product page on website.

Was let down by lost delivery although in fairness CPS didn't argue but sent a replacement straight away. The team was pleasant and helpful to deal with. I'm sure nexttime it'll be 5 stars.

Again, first class service from CPS. Technical support is excellent - prompt and helpful. Sales were excellent at fixing a problem with the courier. They went out of their way to sort the problem overnight, getting me the back up unit that I needed in record time.

The website was less than helpful with its delivery date information. It stated 7+ days as the ups I wanted was not in stock. However, after talking with a representative, via the website textbox, it became clear the ups was in stock and available in 1-2days. The textbox function was slow, although, when I rang to confirm I found the representative very helpful. He said he would have the UPS with me in 1-2 days and that is what happened.

I think Critical Power Supplies should improve their website. However, if you see what you like, give them a ring, and they were excellent. Even with technical queries. I will return.

Ordered a replacement APC back up battery due to damaging last one. Came next day and work fine. Very good service.

The information on the website was good enabling me to choose between the different types of UPS and selecting one suitable for me. The ordering process was ok until I got to the point when it said "Shipping Method: Free Next Day delivery UK Mainland service". Well it turned out to be free but not next day. I ordered on Monday and first day for delivery was Thursday. I have always believed that Tuesday and Wednesday come between Monday and Thursday. For convenience I chose Friday. I received an email saying "We will contact you shortly with a tracking code once it has been assigned, or alternatively: Click here and log in to view the details of the dispatch on our website." No tracking email information ever came. The website shows despatch but no tracking info - but getting into my account was a complete pain as I had not set one up on ordering. Lost password and activation procedures had to be used. Now it is Friday. I have no idea when the UPS is going to be delivered. I have requested a call back - nothing. As for the product - no idea - it hasn't arrived!

Couple of hours later.... received a phone call from the MD and I give their disaster recovery 10 out of 10. Thank you.
