It took me a while to appreciate…
It took me a while to appreciate appreciate the buzzing sound from near my server. Eventually, I appreciated the noise was coming from the UPS and was the battery eventually failing. My usual computer assistant was unable to help because of lockdown.
I could have always purchased this through Amazon, but hope to prefer an independent supplier.
I have not been disappointed. Delivery was as anticipated. I followed the instructions and have managed to replace the battery myself.
I can therefore commend the service of this supplier.

Helpful, knowledgeable and quick delivery
Our last UPS was over 13 years old, so it is not easy to know what would be a suitable replacement. Jason on the online chat was able to help me out with a few suggestions in different power options and price ranges.
Once decided, the purchasing and delivery was easy and quick, even to our remote non-mainland destination.

Trustworthy & knowledgeable supplier of UPS Sytems
I have dealt with Critical Power Supplies on a number of occasions and they are our preferred supplier of UPS units. Very knowledgeable with a wealth of information on the website to make an informed decision about the best unit to order for a given situation. Fast service and really good after sales backup.

Excellent Service
I ordered a UPS for home use, but there was a glitch with the order. CPS went out of their way to correct this and the item was delivered next day. The level of personal service was most appreciated.

Great buying experience from professional company
Bought a Cyberpower ups from them after comparing suppliers and prices, but focussing on support and ease of contacting them, just in case. Their website had a chat facility and Jason was on hand to answer my queries. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a discount code on check out. Very convenient and no hunting for voucher codes. My ups arrived the next day at no extra charge. Everything from vat invoices to shipping details were handled very professionally. Very pleased. If only every supplier were like this.
