I cringe every time I have to deal with crown Awards. They flood your email with stuff that is irrelevant to what your needs or shopping desires are. They offer no coupon codes no discounts. You have customer service messaging you through chat and sending you emails. Regardless, if you buy something for $4 or $40 they’re charging you $14 in shipping. In my city all of the Awards stores that I used to deal with our closed I sincerely hate having to deal with crown Awards. their customer service calls you just to lie or when your hesitant to buy they say someone else will contact you back and it never happens. Or how when you want to do it yourself they get offended and then want to rush you off the phone with a rude tactic of making themselves your sales representative, knowing that they have not helped you. Please be aware if you’re not sure don’t call or chat back because they will harass you and make you feel like you’re the problem instead of their pricing.

Not only was the quality of the plaque awful, flimsy with an adhesive backing, the customer service was worse. They got their money and could care less that I was upset about the poor quality. Crown Awards offered no remedy at all. This was supposed to be in memory of my father. I do not recommend this company. Amazon has better quality Engraving businesses.

This is the 4th year in a row I have used Crown Awards to purchase trophies for the Bocce league I am commissioner of at our yacht club. For a computer dummy like me, ordering online is really easy, and we received the trophies within 3 days every year. Great products and great prices. Fast service and ease of ordering make them a go to for me.

The ordering process was swift and efficient. Received the award in plenty of time to present to our crew member.
