The members of staff i dealt with were professional and extremely polite and helpful.

You know, I have had so many bad delivery experiences recently that I look at all other options first. Most delivery crew are surly, disconnected automons. On this occasion I had no other option but to have my new fridge delivered. James and Rash were my delivery crew and what a great commendable couple they were. Both were exceptionally friendly and very customer focused. Well done James and Rash and well done Currys.

I had an excellent experience visiting Currys Aberdeen Berryden on September 3rd. I purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max and a MacBook, and the customer service was outstanding. A huge thank you to Mr.Sharath, who was extremely helpful, polite, and made the whole buying process seamless and easy. Highly recommended!

I think it's a very convenient option if you need to buy a product immediately or prefer a physical inspection beforehand, because they have a store in my area.
Plus, I can order online and pick up the product in store quickly. And finally, they have a price-matching policy if you find the same product cheaper at other UK retailers.

Currys’ handling of Case 550421 shows a clear pattern of poor service, contradictory information, and failure to meet basic obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Across nearly four weeks, Currys repeatedly ignored emails, failed to supply evidence, and issued guidance that directly caused financial loss.

Summary of Failings....
Failure to provide evidence - Despite multiple requests, Currys never supplied a clear photo of the alleged “water damage” or any Acer fault‑finding report.The only image provided was blurred and unusable. We had a look in ports and they looked completely fine.

Contradictory and misleading information.
Currys advised the motherboard costing more than the laptop itself was scrap and stated laptop had been fault found by Acer. Acting on this, the device was disposed of. Weeks later, Currys admitted this was incorrect (their fault) and asked ME whether it should now be sent to Acer. This reversal is unacceptable and caused direct financial loss!

Non‑existent communication — Emails sent on 22 August received no reply. From 26 August to 17 September, Currys responded only twice,and only after a public review. Formal complaints were ignored entirely.

Breach of statutory obligations — Currys failed to repair, replace, or provide evidence of the fault.Their actions fall below reasonable care and skill and breach warranty and consumer‑rights requirements.

Dismissive final response — Currys’ closing communication was abrupt, stating further emails “may not receive a reply” effectively shutting down the complaint without resolution.
