Cant lie, i had an awful experience trying to get a price match for weeks from a few different agents who said they "cant" on an item that had a 30% mark up. But then in the end i tried one more time to resolve it and one of the agents replying here and her line manager were the BEST. They were shocked that id been rejected so many times, immediately granted the full price match reduction with apology (dispite others saying they physically cannot do it), and treat me very well to get my voucher credit trap problem resolved via price match. They were friendly and didnt hesitate in the end. Im grateful for those two for saving the day. Though the mixed price matching abilities from Currys as a whole on the same item is confusing, in the end it was honoured seamlessly after losing a few attempts over the phone with prior agents. Top service from D and S. Only thing is, the box arrived without a seal, black tape was cut/broken and box had been opened (and came in the original box, no outer box). Cant tell if that makes it a refurb or not as a result ♥️🙏
I had an issue with my one year old router and Curry’s people made all they could to look for the best solution to replace it.
Ordered items on Tuesday 7th, advertised as next day, latest 3 days. Store delivery and collection to make things easier. Dispatch notice comes through Thursday 9th. I have to chase on Monday & Tuesday. Advised customer service I need both items by the Friday at the latest for a presentation, that if they weren’t going to be here Thursday, to refund me there and then and I can buy next day somewhere else. I was advised I would get an update by the end of the day, got nothing. Customer service advise they can only email the store and have no direct line of communication. I call the store number listed online myself and end up connected to a call centre in India that go around and around with pre written script and can’t give me a direct number to the store. Items arrive separately and ready to collect Friday 17th, 10 days and 7 working days after fully paid order. Welcome to Curry’s Business, welcome to UK business, if your business depends on you, don’t depend on them. Absolute tosh and useless. I wished I’d trusted my gut and just gone elsewhere.

Non Delivery and still waiting for refund
Thank you for your comments regarding my original complaint as above
However your words mean nothing if there is no follow up regarding my refund.
To date I have had no communication email or telephone.
Please confirm a timeline that I will receive a phone call or email by, also date as to when the refund will be made.
To say I am very upset by the service I have received is an understatement.
The lack professionalism and uncaring attitude for a Company like Curry's is totally unacceptable .

Ibukun, in the business centre, was so helpful too.
They were both really approachable and helpful, and made the whole experience surprisingly pleasant. I've since recommended a friend, who had been putting it off like I had been - and she went to Currys to get the same model of laptop.

I was apprehensive about using curry's again after such previous bad experiences but went ahead and here we go again money taken email received they have no record of purchase .

Poor communication, they lost order on system had to pay again- 3weeks later I am still Awaiting a refund of £750.
It was lost in the system, not even sent out.
Delayed kitchen fitting by 2.5 weeks as they could not help due to system issues.
No care what so ever - even getting a refund is hard work.
Went into store to sort,was then passed from post to post, worst customer service I have ever come across.
Do not use them - you have been warned.

payed for an order on 10/07/26 with delivery 11/07/26
order never turned up customer service next to useless online chat saying different to advisor on the phone now 13/0726 and no sign of my order despite currys marking as despatched 10/07/26 wont even let me cancel the order ive got to receive it then reurn for refund but no one knows when ill receive it looks like ill have to make a chargeback on my card
won't let me cancel for a refund ive got to wait till its delivered but they cant tell me when that is then i can return for a refund customer service has been next to useless,one saying delayed by 2 working days which means tuesday at the earliest another on saturday evening saying delivery in 24 hours but still no tracking,no one even bothered to contact me ive had to chase them which is a nightmare their AI just goes round in circles and the phone option tells you to try tracking 12/07/26 still no contact off anyone other than on facebook chat saying a 2 day delay
13/7/26 DPD still dont have my parcel that was supposed to be delivered saturday still no contact off currys
reasons for none delivery ive been given
1.it was damaged on despatch and returned for replacement
2.DPD have lost my order(DPD insist they they never received it)
3.theres a 2 day working day delay on delivery
4. 11/07/26 delivery promised in 24 hours(it wasnt delivered)
5.new reason for none delivery 13/07/26 "NOT COLLECTED BY DPD"
6. 14/07/26"ITS OUT OF STOCK"then whats the reason for the other 5 excuses

Had difficulty ordering on line with the payment page. I rang the help line and spoke with a very nice man called Paul. He put my mind at rest and helped me order the washing machine I required. Thanks Paul for your patience and guidance. Much appreciated.
