Efficient service with well informed staff.

I bought online. Fast delivery.
I went to the store so I could look at the brush on two different makes of hoover, specifically for removing pet hair from carpet. While the body of the hoover is on display, I could not see the attachments, hose or main brush as these are boxed !!! So a wasted journey. I don’t understand, if the body is on display, where are the attachments etc ???

Helpline was the most horrendous experience ever. Guy wouldnt listen, didnt seem to care and kept asking me to do things i had confirmed i hsd done already. Background noise was rediculous.
The 5 stars is for Lacie at ashton branch who when i visited made purchase of new tv super easy. Good job.

Fab service. The lovely Claudia help me with a collection, she went out of her way to find the item for me. It wasn't in the collection area but it was located out the back & she made my day. Very polite & lovely young girl, thank you very much xx

It was late in the day I randomly decided to buy a large television after doing without one for two years .
The assistant was very helpful and good at explaining what was available and listening to my requirements without pushing me to buy more . It was relatively simple to set up

I ordered an audio cable online & arranged pickup at my local store. I then waited for the ‘Ready to collect’ message, then headed down to the store a bit later. When I arrived, they couldn’t find the order behind the counter. They then looked on the shelves and there were none left. Eventually, they found some out in the warehouse. I was waiting about 20 mins before I could collect my item, despite it being recorded as ‘Ready to collect’. This is a management issue and not down to individual staff as items are being marked as ready to collect before they have even been picked up from the warehouse. Very disappointed as I’ve used Curry’s for years & never had any problems.

The Currys assistant was, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The transaction was swift and the delivery day was arranged at a time that was good for me.

We bought a range cooker from a very helpful man in the Cribbs Causeway store who sorted the order in a very efficient way and was able to answer our questions about the product. The guys who delivered the cooker and removed the old one were exceptional. AO had previously arrived on site an said they couldn't get it in through the door and wouldn't look at the boiler in the loft (?) because we didn't have a fixed loft ladder or a balustrade around the hatch. The Curry's guys had it installed and the old one out within the hour, levelled it with a spirit level, cleaned up after themselves, took me through how it worked and checked the boiler hadn't been impacted by turning off the gas.

Free speed. I was quoted 3-5 working days. My packages arrived within 24 hours on a non working day. I'm glad i didn't pay for a next day delivery otherwise it might have arrived before i ordered it!!

Terrible experience with their customers service.i bought a beko tumble dryer three months ago,its broken. The door is broken.and smell bad. Seem burn? I check on google . Stop using .is danger.
I called customer service many time finally reached a real person said system down ask me call back. Second time said can't help then transfer me to other line.I waiting with music 20minutes in the end not even a person answering.

Good service from sales person. Quick and easy - we knew what we wanted anyway.

I recently purchased a watch which was really good value. The delivery was fast and efficient. The only thing that was frustrating is the time it takes to get served in the store. Next time I will use the home delivery option.
