Manu, Exeter branch was great and should be a supervisor he knows his job inside out he is a great ambassador for Currys a great gentleman to meet.

We were met very quickly by Grace who came to help us. We had a few questions about tumble dryers and she helped us choose the one we bought by narrowing down a few.
She explained the after sales warranty without being pushy and we purchased that as well from her recommendation.

Eddie, the sales person who served me had good product knowledge, courteous and helpful which secured Curry's the sale.

Customer service when buying was excellent & helpful but i was sold a tv & tv stand that were incompatible despite being told that the tv stand was universal. This meant i had to go back to the store the following day (an hour each way) to exchange them. Though the exchange & refund was done the man serving me was not apologetic & spent most of the time being defensive. I understand that refunds & exchanges need to be checked thoroughly but staff do need to at least apologise for the mistakes of the store. However i would like to say the delivery service was excellent - i want a Hoover that wasn’t in stock & it was delivered to me in just over 12 hours.

My printer which I had had for 18 months kept printing but screwing up two pages at a time.
I explained this to your guy ,asking what the cause was and he said that it probably was due to one of the rollers having a sticky inky surface which pulled paper out of line.
Anyway, he was good enough to find me an identical replacement machine which was helpful as I had recently bought new cartridges for the old machine.

Eddie was great - he spent the time to talk through what I would be using my new laptop for , he went through lower and upper priced models didnt push to upsell. He was really patient and I left having a great experience with the devices i needed.

Eddie the sales guy in Exeter Digby was very helpful and informative. All went smoothly and delivery was smooth and efficient at the time given within the 4hr time slot

Absolutely disgraceful I ordered my items to come the next day still waiting no sign of it yet. had this before but thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt but this has happened again so once my order is ready for collection I will never order anything from you again

Helpful staff, good range of products

A very helpful and a very good and constructive about the two items that we got from the shop, I would give !0 out of !0, for help the staff gave us, many thanks for your time in the shop. ( 1 lap-top (Acer) 1 eye Phone (Galaxy).

i shopped online with click and collect.

i found the filtering features online very hit and miss and ended up having to trawl through all vacuums available.

the vacuum was ready to collect within the hour, collected next day due to shop closure but it was ready and waiting at the till.

polite staff member handed over to me.

Eddie, the member of staff who helped us purchase a TV, was very knowledgable about the TVs we looked at and was able to help us identify the model that that best met our requirements. We are happy with service we got and with the model we puchased.

Went in to buy a Sony TV ( the same as our other tvs)
The salesman convinced us to buy a cheaper bigger Samsung TV with all the same functions.
Took TV home, unpackaged & mounted it on the wall and it doesn't have the same functions as the Sony at all. You can't even get BBC iPlayer on it, due to a Samsung contracting agreement/disagreement with BBC.

So not very happy at all - the Samsung doesn't meet our basic requirements - Thanks Currys
