Currys - Falkirk Opiniões 

After receiving an email saying my online order was ready for collection ( a Tonie) I went to the Falkirk store and wasted 29 minutes before getting the item!
Went to checkout and gave the guy the order number , he checked the cupboard behind him - not there. Asked me 4 times for the order number, then he disappeared to the back shop came back eventually and said it wasn’t there asked me for order number again. Another guy asked when I ordered it - I said I have the email saying it is ready for collection. Then another guy said there is a box lying at the back door with orders in it so check there ( why aren’t orders taken to front of store when they arrive?!). The original guy came back with the item, he then asked for the last 4 digits of the card used to order the Tonie , gave him that 4 times , he said it was the wrong numbers! Wasted more time, then another guy showed him how to put the number in the till.
What was worse was from start to finish not one of the 4 people I spoke to smiled or apologised.
Compare this to a store nearby , Smyths where I then went to pick up a click and collect order , in and out in 5 minutes, great smile from the assistant and she thanked me for my order.
I have never ever had a good experience at your Falkirk store when collecting an order, send in a mystery shopper and see what it is like.
I won’t be back!

Great service from the staff at the Falkirk store .

Hi We were served by Matt and Jamie at Falkirk retail park. We were looking at a laptop for My Mum Matt was very patient and very knowledgeable. He was friendly and attentive but not pushy which My Mum n I liked.
My Mum did continue and purchase the laptop with Matt. My Mum then proceeded to purchase one for Myself for Christmas and as Matt was finished he kindly got his colleague Jamie who was also lovely to deal with to serve us. These two members 0f staff are an asset to Curry's Falkirk.

Person in shop who sold us laptop. Jon was very knowledgeable and checked what laptop was the best for what I did on it .He was patient and even deleted everything off my old computer

Lindsey was very knowledgeable about all the washing machines and made our purchase much easier than I expected. Two days later my new machine was delivered and installed by two friendly guys who were quick and efficient, leaving no mess. Very happy with the whole experience.

Lovely staff as always

Ordered an Indesit Tumble Dryer on line which was fortunately in stock at their Falkirk store .
Drove to store to pick within 30 minutes of ordering it . Waited over ten minutes at designated pick up area before a member of staff appeared - only negative part of the experience !!
Two staff brought the tumble dryer to my car and lifted it into the boot.
I did not select the fitting of new product or take away service of old tumble dryer thus saving £50 !
Price paid of £249 was competitive with respect to other suppliers of same product .

I’d bought a bosch leaf blower last nov , brought it out to Sunday ( didnt work ) took it back to currys and without fuss gave me my money back .
I ordered new leafblower online with Currys it arrived yesterday .
