Easy and value for money

Helped with selection of our washing machine. Our agent was polite well informed about all of the products. The delivery was on time and quick with 2 friendly fitters.

Gloucester Curry’s were brilliant, dealt with promptly and given good advice regarding our dishwasher purchase. The delivery and fitting was within 2 days of ordering and we were kept up to date regarding fitting times by the driver on the day.
Had a good competitive deal the fitting was half price

We couldn’t find what we were looking for so one of the staff members came to help by checking on their system then finding what we needed.

Easy to order, easy to pay, super quick delivery to store for collection, everything happened exactly how the web page said it would, can’t ask for more than that.

The sales person was brilliant.

Currys took a payment for a product they had no stock off and not getting more in. It took over 2 weeks to get my money returned. I complained to the CEO and his customer service team, after 10 days and several emails from the executive customer service. They referred it to the business team, who then past it back to the shop to deal with. The shop had no power to support me. No apology or resolution to the issue. The most frustrating part is Currys are still advertising the product even though they know there is no stock 3 weeks after I first paid for the phone. For two plus weeks I had no phone or refund leaving me £600 out of pocket for this time. DON'T PAY, till you're sure they have product, you'll have no support otherwise. I had to do all the chasing to get my money refunded. If possible buy elsewhere.

I really wanted to leave a review after the fantastic service we’ve received from Louis at Currys.

Our first visit was to buy a new printer. I went into the store with a pretty definite idea of what I thought I wanted, but Louis took the time to actually listen to what I needed, talk me through the different options and explain everything clearly without ever making us feel pressured into buying anything.

I ended up buying a completely different printer based on his recommendation, and I am SO glad I listened to him. It has been absolutely perfect for what I need.

Fast forward to last week when my PC finally gave up the ghost and we found ourselves back in Currys again. This time, I actually walked around the store looking specifically for Louis because I trusted his advice so much from our previous visit!

Once again, he came to our rescue. He talked us through the options, answered all our questions and helped us choose exactly what we needed. We may have walked out having bought rather more than we originally intended 😂, but every single recommendation Louis made has been, without doubt, PERFECT.

He is incredibly knowledgeable, polite, friendly and approachable, and most importantly, he listens to what the customer actually needs rather than simply trying to sell them something.

Good customer service makes such a difference, and Louis is an absolute credit to Currys. The fact that we specifically looked for him on our second visit probably says everything.

Delivery was prompt and on time. The delivery person was friendly and polite.

Went into Currys Gloucester yesterday and bought 2 HP 15-fd1504sax 15.6" Laptops, one for me and one for my wife. We got them home to find no charging leads in the boxes. I went online to find that they come without charging leads. The salesman tried to sell extended insurance and software, but no mention that they didn't have charging leads. I had a quick read up to find that a lot of laptops come without leads nowadays, because most can be charged via USB 3, but no these can't be. My gripe is not so much with Currys although I think that the salesman should have pointed out the lack of leads, but with HP for not providing a charging lead with them.
