Currys - Harlow Opiniões 

My shopping experience with Currys was disappointing from the very beginning.
First, the website is extremely slow and heavy. Almost every page takes around 10 seconds to load, which makes shopping unnecessarily frustrating.
I was looking for an undercounter fridge. Several models appeared to be available, but only when I reached the checkout did I discover they were not actually available for collection. The only option was delivery, with an additional £30 charge.
Because of this, I decided to visit the Currys store in Harlow instead. When I arrived at the fridge department, there were already four couples waiting for assistance. I waited too. After around 15 minutes, nobody had come to help us, and eventually the other customers started leaving.
I finally found a fridge I wanted and managed to speak to a salesman, only to be told that this one was not available either.
This left me with the impression of a business with too few staff and too little stock. I understand that reducing staffing may save money on paper, but how much business is being lost when customers are standing around waiting and eventually walking out of the store?
Four couples left while I was there. These were people already inside the shop, in the appliance department, potentially ready to spend hundreds of pounds.
Perhaps management saves hundreds by reducing staffing, but if customers cannot find anyone to serve them, the company could easily be losing thousands in sales.
That is simply my opinion based on what I experienced, but Currys could provide a much better customer experience with accurate stock information, a faster website and enough staff available to actually serve customers who are ready to buy.
Very sad I bought all my years everything from Currys.

We purchase a PS5 on line for same day collection, recieved a confirmation email stating they were getting the order ready. After a couple of days, we had not heard anything further, no emails, no calls or text messages. I rang the customer care line, who informed that they had just cancelled the order. They couldnt tell me when I would recieve a refund either. This was for our sons birthday present. Desperately poor customer service, not to make us aware or be able to let me know when I would have the refund. We finally decided to visit the Harlow branch and the the guy that helps us was amazing and cobbled together a PS5 package and games from their stores, however to take the orginal order and cancel with no notification was extremely poor.

When I turned up in store I couldn’t find the item I wanted on the shelf, the young man that assisted me was very helpful. He looked it up and placed an online order for me, giving me an email receipt.
I then had an email when the item had arrived in store. The young man who this time assisted me was again very helpful and polite and quickly got my order for me.
Not the Currys I remember where there were lots of unhelpful members of staff milling around.

Staff were very helpful in obtaining the item I required.

Service was very good and staff member very helpful and knowledgeable about product I was purchasing.

Required a new fridge quickly, a new worktop was to be fitted during the same week. It was delivered in less than three days. Great service.

First impressions were negative as took ridiculous amount of time to find an assistant who could advise us on the purchase of a new tv, finally Owen came to our rescue and thanks to his support, patience and knowledge we completed our purchase, without this young man’s assistance we would have walked and gone on to a different retailer

From walking into the store we were greeted and sent to the relevant department. The assistant was very helpful and asked a colleague to assist us in choosing another printer as my one had a fault. Charlie talked to us through the different printers and spent time with us so we could choose the right one for our needs. Very polite and knowledgeable.
We went to the desk and the staff sorted out the replacement and new receipt. Nothing was to much trouble. Very good customer service.
