Delivery to store a day late, but not a problem to me. Staff at the counter could have been a little friendlier, particularly to themselves

The first machine was damaged,the crew spotted it and were very helpful and understanding no pressure to take it. Removed all packaging and took it with them, took away old machine.
There was no definite time slot so we went to the store.
The store staff were great and arranged the redelivery from stock.
Shame machine was delayed but staff could not have been better.
Next delivery was on a Sunday and we felt the crew were trying to get in and out in time to see the football on the TV or something. My wife had to stop them leaving, we insisted they opened it to check for damage. Also had to slow them down so we could check everything was with the machine, discovered they had taken parts back to the van with packaging. Then had to ask them to remove all the packaging which they left and I went out and put it in the van. Not a comfortable experience and pleased we arranged our own trusted fitter.
The stars are for the store staff and first delivery minus one for the damage, second delivery crew half a star.

I was after a new printer after my last on broke down.

I did an internet search and Currys had a suitable replacement. I visited the Harrogate store had a chat with one of the assistants and determined that the printer was ideal for me. Upon paying at the desk I was informed that Epson had a "cash back offer" - which I was unaware of, and was entitled to £50.00 cash back.

The lady on the returns counter on Thursday 17th of September was awful arguing with me on the shop floor then going in to tell the manager to shut up I will ever enter that shop again disgusting behaviour

Shop assistant was friendly, warm manner, listened to my needs and was extremely helpful. Delivery personnel were very polite and helpful and did very good job when removing my old fridge freezer and replacing with new one. They explained exactly what they were doing and what I needed to do.

Curry's showroom was well set out with ample space to look round different sections. There was a wide selection of computers. Our Assistant Jeevan was very helpful and explained the benefits of computers we were looking at to help us decide which computer to purchase. He was also able to add a discount to our purchase of additional cover for 3 years. The computer was in stock and Jeevan kindly carried it to the car for us.

Unable to repair TV in warranty. Sent a gift card to replace TV but £50 too shy to actually replace it with exact same TV. Continually back and forth to store to resolve problem but store unable to make any decision as it has to be resolved from head office.
Customer services were useless based in a call centre in Africa. I couldn't understand their accent and vise versa.

Still awaiting a satisfactory outcome though I may yet have to take them to county court.

Thier 7 day repair or replace guarantee has on this occasion is a total hype. After service abismal to date.

15days on and no conclusion as yet. Now in hands of trading standards.

I recommend that you give this company a very wide birth.

Easy to order and collect. Plenty of parking and overall, good prices.

Curry’s provided a good service to us as we bought a washing machine. They found answers to our questions and were reliable in follow up.
