Great service at Currys! Friendly staff, helpful advice, and a smooth shopping experience. Highly recommended!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Purchased a television to replace our existing one, like for like. Staff were helpful and it was straightforward, except that the charge for installation, £135, would have been the same just to detach the old telly from its bracket and put the new one in its place as it would to install a bracket. We decided a local handyman would benefit from the job and save us some cash.

I managed to choose my television with ease. The problem came when i came to pay. There were no assistants at the tills, but several “wandering around” One even looked at the queue several times but then walked away.
There was another customer in front of me , who had been waiting a while .
When he asked someone , they said that someone would be with is soon.
Two assistants then came to the tills with customers who they had been helping on the shop floor. They were served first. The assistants then rather begrudgingly served me and the man in front of me.
Thos service is mot what i expect of Currys. As the other customer said, if we had walked out without paying, we would have been prosecuted. Instead we were ignored and served without what I would call good grace or good customer service.

Saw a breville kettle and toaster reduced to £39.99 and £49.99 respectively. About a week ago.
Then heard there was a sale of a 30% reduction on certain items. Went to the shop only to find that there was indeed a 30% reduction on the two items i wanted. However both items had been increased to £89.99 each.
Therefore total £89.99 × 2 =£179.98 less 30%=£125.27
Where as a week ago £49.99 +£39.99 =£89.98

Conclusion hardly a saving or a discount. In fact an increase of (125.27-89.98)= £35.29
Highly dubious selling techniques and possibly illegal. Certainly not ethical.

We went into Currys Llandudno to buy a tv. We were helped by a sales person called Andrew. He was so nice and helpful without being pushy and made our experience of buying a telly so easy. We can't praise him enough.

The young man that served me was so helpful and knowledgeable, I was so impressed with him. Such a lovely person. Absolute credit to you. It's a shame all your staff aren't like him, if they were, it would be nice to know when you went in that you would have honest and very pleasant service

I went into our local Curry's to buy printer ink, I went armed with all the details and spoke to a very nice young man who was so helpful, he went through my options and explained everything to me. And yes I did take his advice and my order arrived the next day. So one big thank you to him

A very helpful assistant called Ethan helped me to choose a fridge. I found him very professional and made me feel comfortable about my purchase, his knowledge about delivery service and collection of old item was very helpful. I felt comfortably pleasedwhen I left your store...

I came in last week and was greeted by a really lovely staff member called Ethan. I was looking at coffee machine options and he was very quick to show me the range of options, both in store and online via his iPad.
He was very helpful and I was very impressed at how attentive and warm he was!
If I return I will definitely be asking for Ethan.

Quick efficient service. Very informative

This is the fourth attempt to deliver and install a dishwasher.
The first time the can couldn’t fit up the drive. They drove off without saying anything
The second time they turned up in the same van. The van couldn’t fit up the drive. This time they said sorry and would reschedule with a smaller van
The third time the same big van arrived but they carried the dishwasher to the house. But… they didn’t have the right parts to fit it. They took it back
The fourth time… they phoned but we couldn’t take the call.They didn’t deliver
Looking at the delivery notes, the next delivery is scheduled on 4th November - three weeks away from now.
IF they deliver it it will be six weeks from the day we ordered and paid for it.
Service? Is this service

Excellent service, everything explained, cannot praise your colleague Daren enough, he was very patient, will buy again.
