The gentleman who served me he was very helpful,

Staff friendly and helpful, delivery prompt and efficient, operatives helpful and friendly.

I was purchasing a TV which I had researched online and the sales assistant Paul took his time to answer all my questions and explain in detail what and how the TV operated. I found Paul to be very Knowledgeable with the products in Currys.

When we walked into the store plenty of staff walking around,then when we needed some advice no one about. We walked around to find a member of staff called Jack who was very polite and helped us made our purchase. While Jack was still serving us at the till another member of staff butted in and asked him to show another customer where a certain item was in the store . Jack said no I'm still with my customers. Was happy with Jack's service but not the other older staff member .

First the negatives, box arrived damaged and the seal was broken which tells me it was a return or someone tampered with it! Fortunately everything was still in the box!

Positives - Delivery was quick and on time and the item itself is a fantastic little gadget.

Assistant was knowledgeable and helpful. 5*
Unfortunately one of the two items I decided to purchase was not in stock.
I was pleased to be offered home delivery and arranged for a Saturday delivery - (8am - 8pm on receipt. Actual window given by the delivery company was not communicated to me until 10.05 the Saturday, - a one hour slot for early afternoon. By 8pm no delivery had been made. 0*

Super service at Lowestoft Currys- looked at many phones, great advice from assistant Laurence, who didn't push me to the most expensive one!
Advised on pros and cons of phones.
So much better than endless scrolling on website at home!

Staff very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Man was very helpful

The sales man was absolutely au fé with the product. And the lady was great at organising my purchase. Everybody was positive and helpful.

Popped in to Lowestoft branch this morning to collect an online order…was greeted by a lovely lady I think called Lyndsey she was very polite and friendly. Upon entering the shop I headed straight to the desk and offered a chirpy “good morning” to which the lady just glared at me and looked stressed and immediately called for another member of staff to come and serve as she was too busy ( I was the 1st customer of the day) I was then served by another member of staff who was “ok” I wouldn’t say customer service was “their thing” they weren’t overly friendly. Stressed out lady liked to micro manage at this point and chirp up thinking she was helping in her monotone unfriendly voice. Overall my partner and me looked at each other in the way out and both said how weird the experience was and how we got really bad vibes, I will be opting for home delivery from now on!!

Easy purchase. We were told 21 days delivery but it arrived after a few days.
We got a message telling us that the item was ready for delivery. The delivery team called us on the time and gave us a time that they would arrive. They placed the unit in the kitchen. Great service

They were very helpful, and the young man even carried my two items to my car for me.He was a gentleman.

I’ve used this store a lot & for me it’s all about the knowledge & friendliness of the staff, they are great
