Very helpful and informative

My Samsung TV, bought at Currys Weybridge in February, stopped working completely after 8 months. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Currys as the retailer is responsible for faults like this, not the manufacturer.

I drove 1.5 hours to Weybridge. Staff first refused to help, then said nobody could deal with it because it was late, and told me to go to another store. At Brixton, a customer support staff member was rude, questioned why I’d brought the TV there, refused to speak to me, sent me to her manager, then said they had no boxes and to use the online chat. The online chat said it couldn’t see store purchases and told me to go back to a store. The phone line told me to contact Samsung.

Every channel passed me to another one. I’ve lost around 4 hours, paid travel costs and have been without a TV for over a week. I’ve now had to make a formal complaint. Avoid if you value your time when something goes wrong.

Very smooth sales operation, extras all explained to me. Excellent delivery service(next day) which was handled by a cheerful and careful crew of two.

Great range of products but when I went to pay all the paying machines were out of charge and not contactless payment machines. Bit antiquated for a store that’s sells the items it does.

The customer service instore was excellent. John was very helpful.

We informed member of staff what we were looking for and they sent over a very knowledgeable member of staff that explained clearly difference between an IPad and Kindle answered our questions which helped us choose, he then kindly helped set it up for us. What a great member of staff who also said to go back if any issues (myself and hubby are not at all technical)

I had a really good experience shopping at Currys. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was smooth from start to finish. I found what I was looking for and felt well looked after. Overall, a positive experience and I would happily shop here again.

Very easy order process. Currys store staff were friendly and helpful.

I ordered a fridge/freezer which I could have the following day. I was able to track delivery which came on time. An excellent service.

Knowledgeable advice and guidance purchasing a new 65 inch TV. Prompt and efficient service enhanced by a great Store Manager who ironed out queries with the trade in of our old TV, so that we could take the new TV away with us.

I went into Currys to look for a new laptop. Really happy with the person that served me he was very helpful and very polite. Went through all the features that were on each one.

I honestly don’t understand the point of having a physical store here.

I came in specifically because the website showed the Dyson vacuum as “in stock”, only to find out that the only one available was a display model, which they wouldn’t sell. So basically, there was no stock at all, yet the website doesn’t tell you how many units are actually available.

Anyway, since I was already there, I thought I’d ask for help setting up a Creation account, so that even if I ended up ordering from home, it would be more convenient. Instead, the staff simply gave me a QR code and told me to set it up myself online.
