The staff member that dealt with us was amazing. She made us feel so welcome and did everything she could to make sure our experience was a great as it could be.

I BOUGHT A LAP TOP JUST OVER A WEEK AGO FROM CURRYS IN WREXHAM.I AM 61 YEARS OLD AND HAVE VERY LIMITED KNOWLAGE ON SETTING THIS LAP TOP UP.I SET IT UP WRONG ,WHEN I SET IT UP,IT ENT ALL WRONG.I TOOK IT BACK THERE TO SEE IF THEY COULD HELP ME OUT.THEY HAVE NOW CHARGED ME £45 ,TO PUT IT RIGHT AGAIN.I HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF POUNDS IN THIS STORE OVER THE YEARS .THIS IS THE THANKS I GET FOR MY LOYALTY AND ALL MY HARD EARNED CASH SPENT THERE.OLDER PEOPLE DONT UNDERSTAND TECHNOLOGY LIKE YOUNGER PEOPLE.IT ALL SEAMS A BIT AGEIST TO ME.I WILL BE LOOKING ELSEWEAR IN FUTURE TO SPEND MY HARD EARNED CASH.THANKING YOU FOT NOTHING CURRYS.

The assistant was very helpful and answered all our questions on the item we where interested in and assisted us in taking the item to our car

Really great service received, store very tidy and asked by staff if I needed any help as I browsed the aisles. Dan was very helpful in my purchase and answered all my questions with great knowledge

I ordered a cooker a week ago and paid extra for express delivery on 15 October. I took time off work and waited at home, but nobody turned up and I received no notification. Now the delivery date has been changed to 5 November!

I got rid of my old cooker because I trusted Currys to deliver on time. Now I have no cooker, and customer service refuses to help.

I am extremely disappointed with this service. I will never shop with Currys again.

We had bought our previous TV from this store so was more than happy to return to seek their assistance and recommendations.
Although we are not Tech Savvy we were assisted very well by Andy who guided us through the range of TV’s until we arrived at the one we eventually purchased.

Our TV was delivered on time and the delivery team were very polite and courteous and stayed with us until the TV was fully up and running.

The two items wernt in stock. When we came back the date we were told, 2wks later, prices had gone uo. The girl who placed the order in store put somwone elses phone number on my order, so i gad to mess around trying to get my number to the delivery team. Then the dishwasher was sent broken. Phoned currys, woukdnt replace. Waited a week fir an engineer who said they should have replaced item. I was incredibly ill, had ti drive over half hr away to sort instore. Waiting still for a delivery of dishwasher that works. Been nothing but trouble. Wont shop here again as its not the first time.

Great service at the currys store in wrexham when purchasing my item, all communication about the delivery was excellent and on delivery day then tech guys were brilliant. My purchase of the item was in wrexham and installation was in Scotland, across border.

Good support by the sales team and well looked after when organising the purchase.

Absolutely abysmal service. All good when buying stuff, but the moment something is wearing then forget it. Over £2k for a TV that has a clear mark across the corner of the screen, but no help at all from customer service. Everything down to me to return the TV for a repair, even though it was 2 weeks old when I saw the mark.

The online selection and ordering process was very simple and straightforward, as was the payment method.
The staff upon collection where very very helpful and carried the tumble dryer to the car loaded into the car for us.
We can’t praise them highly enough.
