Very happy with product and price, just a bit uncomfortable with the "upselling"....
We was offered:
1. To pay monthly on credit agreement (29.9%) !!
2. Buy a soundbar at half price if I buy now
3. Buy a special cloth to clean the screen

Hmmm, I understand the salesman had been instructed to do the above, BUT we just wanted to buy a TV

I went into the Curry’s store in Yeovil, I was interested in purchasing a starlink for my new home and the store employee, Theo, was amazing help, manage to sort out the next day delivery and explained clearly about the product. I want to say thank you for your help and appreciate your support. All the best!

I phoned so many numbers, just trying to get through to someone that could help, and even then I was transferred too many times, eventually, I was fobbed off to Indesit, but indesit told me, to quote a number and I wd be able to get a refund, I phoned currys and was told to go to store, which I did, I was in the store (Yeovil) for over an hr, and was told the number, was incorrect, after lots of tooing and fro-ing, and the guy speaking with his manager, who was never available, to speak with me, it was agreed, I would get a refund,after the machine was collected, I received a call from the collectors asking me to open the door, they were not at the door, and had gone to the wrong address, unbelievable, as I had quoted my Sort code at least 20 times,
Nearly 3 weeks ago the machine was collected, I spoke with a manager, who assured me that I would recieve my refund in 7 to 10 days, and that it would include, delivery and installment charges, and I didn't need to go to the store, it wd be paid directly.....to date I have received nothing, I spoke with the delivery section, and a guy there was so helpful, the only one to apologise to me, he phoned the store, and eventually put me through, a guy there, told me I was locked in the system, he offered no resolution, didn't say anything to reassure me, just there, was nothing he could do, and could give no dates or reconciliation. again, no manager was available.
I went to the store, this week and was told again by a sales manager, that I was locked in, a colleague of his, was quite defensive, and said she had been trying to sort out, that morning, again the manager was not available, and I asked several times, how this was going to be sorted, but was just told there was nothing they could do, and that I would not be able to contact, said department.
Today, in desperation, I tried a different number, which turned out to be the retail Customer Service, he tried to help me, but, said there was no case number, and no record of a refund..I have wasted sooo much time and energy, on just trying to get what is owed me, I am already out of pocket, as they talk you into getting the insurance, which is a waste of time, I can honestly say, this is the worst company, I have ever dealt with, there is no complaints department, the number online is not right, if you have a problem, you will be pushed from one person to another. please do not buy from Curry's, there is no after care whatsoever.

Great selection of goods at good prices some on special discount which was great.
Ordered on line for store collection all went to plan, brilliant.

We went in to store to buy a fridge/freezer and washing machine, Aali helped us as both things we wanted were out of stock. He was more than helpful, very polite and informative and helped us pick another fridge/freezer and washing machine that was suitable for us and within our budget! The service we received from him was 10/10 for making our visit to the store so great! Unfortunately a star has been lost for the delivery service, if i could rate this separately id give 0 stars. Conveniently i was never given the names of the delivery drivers but from the moment i opened the door everything seemed very rushed. There was no care taken with my brand new appliances, the washing machine was hit on the doorframe as it was being taken into the kitchen, they then plugged it in and went outside to change the door over on the fridge/freezer, whilst they’re outside my kitchen was flooded so it’s a good job I was still inside keeping an eye on everything. He then fitted the washing machine again, bought the fridge/freezer in and left me to clean everything up. The service I received in store and upon delivery are like night and day compared to each other, if the delivery service was as great as the service in store the whole experience would’ve been 10/10 but unfortunately the delivery side has let the whole thing down massively. Once I spoke to customer services about this I was told I’d get a call back from the store to discuss what had happened but surprisingly enough I haven’t heard anything from them.

The customer service fellow behind the counter made everything quick, easy and simple. A joy..

Served by a lovely young man called Bradley. I am old and not very tech savvy, but he explained everything to me in such a kind and understanding way. I am absolutely thrilled with my new TV and installation was quick and easy, with everything explained to me in a way that even I understood.
