Been a CurseForge customer for jeez 10 plus years. First they went to Twitch, now Overwolf, and I keep following because they never let me down. Writing this review since I recently had a issue, contacted Support and got an email that was not some canned BS, but, a real custom response. Issue was resolved in days and I am back to my game. Let's here it for Made in the USA!

curseforge is a great mod launcher not only for Minecraft but for other games to. Now one they to note is to know what mod works with other mods so the game doesn't crash while trying to launch so don't leave a crappy review because you didn't make sure that one mod works with one another

Doesn't even work.Ive tried to install the mimicer mod 7 times and it just won't work.very disappointing.

I got a quick response when I asked for support.

Es kognetive nicht relevant meiner zeit um auszudrücken wie schlecht diese webseite ist. Sie hat nicht die mods von früher und sie nimmt geschlächtsakt mäßig dein minecraft aus einander.

great app/platform for downloading and managing sims 4 cc and mods. found out from youtuber stephOsims, gave it a try and loved it! had some issues with my files due to onedrive and emailed support, very timely and fast replies that helped resolved the issue quickly! would love to see them work with more cc and mod creaters

When launching the Minecraft Launcher via the CurseForge Launcher,
I encountered a bug where the settings wouldn't save.
I submitted a support ticket, and within a few hours,
I received a reply. The response confirmed the bug, provided details about the fix, and informed me that it would be resolved in an update within a few days.

The email was clear, concise, and
incredibly professional.
I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional support provided.
Without a doubt, it's a 5-star experience!

They were very patient with regard to the matter in which I had come to them over when a mod had been removed for reasons. When asked what was the problem, they were very forward in telling me the reasons as to why, and offered a refund with the presenting of a receipt.

I had an issue with a change in the automatic file moderation process. Support kept me posted, and my problem was resolved within a week despite requiring code changes on the CurseForge side. Very impressed by the turnaround.

I had lost my account information and it created a new account,I contacted curse forge support, they were extremely helpful and got to bottom of the situation quickly. (Thanks Ori G)

I appreciate your reply to my previous review I left concerning corrupted mods that break my game being advertised to me to download. I mentioned I don't understand the mods folder, so when there is a corrupt mod, I don't know which one it is. I know my incompetence is not your fault, as I mentioned. I don't know how to tell you which mods lag the game like you requested me to in your previous reply.

The app wouldn't download any warcraft addons - turns out my ISP was blocking my computer from their servers. The support team rep was polite and patient with me - thank you Tom W you are the real MVP - I hope CurseForge will hire you after the internship program

The agent I spoke with was attentive, precise, and very knowledgeable. They were transparent and kind and honestly made dealing with CurseForge feel like dealing with a Friend or family member's Business. I am thrilled with my experience. I will gladly continue to support CurseForge!
