So helpful! I was having issues loading mods for Minecraft after an update and Dana F was super kind and helpful with getting everything working again. I got guided through the steps and learned a bit more about fixing things so maybe I won’t need so much help next time. Thank yall!

I was having trouble getting a certain addon (Hekili Priority Helper) to show up in the CurseForge app on my Mac, and Dana on the Overwolf support team was able to help me out, pointing out a setting that I didn’t know about, which was causing the app to search for the addon in the wrong “flavor,” or version, of WoW. It was searching Classic rather than Retail. After finding that “flavor” setting, I set it to retail and went back and I was able to find the addon.

First contact with support ever and they fixed my issue straight away, the first time. Friendly people. Thank you!

As a user, I would say this website is good. You can get all kinds mods very easily. There are very less ads considering everything's free here. Now as a author, it's very convenient to upload my projects, update my projects. But in their reward program, they take 30% of revenue from author. Now this is too much if we compare it with modrinth.

It is very easy to post add-ons, and it is very easy to make changes to the content, etc.

Fantastic platform, fast assistance, and very trustworthy.

it's been almost a year since I publish mods with CF and while things break often, they get fixed, they do listen and react. I haven't been ignored even once, even with trivial issue.

So, good job CF support team.

As a addon developer speaking with the moderators is imperative if something goes wrong. I have reached out several times and they have always helped me with what ever issue I had. The only thing I would like see changed is the response time.

Regularly forgets to plug the servers back in after vacuuming on a Sunday.

Their support def. improved since last year. Last year i had an issue and no one helped me. I had this issue now and it was resolved very easily. It was related to reward program and paired wrong Twitch account.

Great place to download Minecraft mods.

I love playing with mods to amplify my gaming experience. Curseforge is really easy to set up and use. I was able to make my own modpack and customer service was a great help! I'm horrible with tech so with how simple everything is I'm able to have lots of fun without getting too confused:)

I really like CurseForge due to its limitless amount of mods to different games, hope it’ll keep growing and become the best version of itself.

Had a very easy time navigating and using Curse forge. Staff were polite, helpful and quick when I had a minor issue.

I don't know how this all works BUT I noticed a lot of copycatters for mods. I don't personally download the copycatters but I wish Curseforge would better protect their creators. Curseforge won't do anything unless the copycats are copying the codes. I wouldn't know and there's no way to report these copycatters without having to reach out to Cursegorge directly and when I did, they didn't really do anything. Wish there was a button to report these copycatters so Curseforge could do better for the original creators..

Curseforge, yes I already received the same advice from you guys and that just seems sketch to me on behalf of your company TBH so I have deleted Curseforge and found my favorite modders through Patreon instead
