Beautiful fabric

Beautiful fabric; lovely print and so much of it that so far I've made a roller blind; reupholstered a chair and still got enough left over to make a table mat!

A big thank you to Curtains Made…

A big thank you to Curtains Made Simple I absolutely love my beautifully made curtains in a lovely Clarke and Clarke fabric. As the name suggests they were very easy to order and delivered exactly on time during these very uncertain times.
I will definitely use again and would highly recommend.

I am very pleased with my Roman blinds

I am very pleased with my Roman blinds, they look amazing and fit perfectly. Good customer service and they arrived on time, would definitely recommend. I will be buying more in the future. Many thanks to the curtain made simple Team

Brilliant curtains - BUT!!!!!!

Brilliant curtains when recieved this week but originally ordered on the 16/7/20. Explained on the 22.7.20 fabric delayed until the 12.08.20. Fabric didn't arrive till the 26/8/20 after chasing. Then on the 4/9/20 was inspected and found to then be faulty! But would be sorted within two weeks - wasn't ready until the end of last week(25/09/20 and I could not take delivery until Tuesday of this week. Sarah Thomas was my link person and was brilliant and despite telling me the manager/boss would be in touch this never happened! The trusted shop guarantee which is given out isn't worth the bit of paper as automatically cancels when you should have your delivery! If you need to chase keep hold of the person's name and speak to that person each time as stories change! All this hassle impacts on how you feel especially when a treat/something you have worked hard for.

I am sorry for the delay in the delivery of your curtains. We have been under immense pressure fulfilling orders in the last 6 months. So we have not run as 'tight a ship' as would have hoped to! I am also sorry that I did not get to speak to you until much later in the process. I can appreciate that these issues take away from the experience and joy of the end product.

The Trusted Shops Guarantee lasts 30 days by which time you will normally have received your order. If you have not received your order it is simply a case of 'making a claim' which will automatically extend it until you have received your order.

We are a small team of 4 people, so there is good communication between all of us. However as I said earlier we were delayed on all of our orders and this fact generated a large number of customer enquiries over this recent period. I addition the situation was continually changing with regards to production and supply of fabrics. This meant that communication did get a bit disjointed with customers

But I am glad the curtains were to your liking in the end!

Beautiful fabrics, excellent prices, astonished by deivery - I placed my order on Monday and 6 metres was delievered lunchtime Wednesday! Will certainly be a repeat customer, thank you.
